أعمال عنف وحرق للسيارات رفضًا للأوضاع المعيشية بالجزائر

مفكرة الاسلام: اندلعت اليوم السبت أعمال عنف بالضاحية الشرقية بالعاصمة الجزائرية، احتجاجا على الأوضاع المعيشية السيئة التي يعيشها السكان.
فقد قام المئات من سكان أحد الأحياء العشوائية بحرق أكثر من خمس سيارات وتكسير واجهات المحلات وغلق الطرق الرئيسية بواسطة العجلات المطاطية والمتاريس، كما قام بعض الشباب بكسر واجهات العديد من المحلات وتحطيم أكثر من 5 سيارات، حسبما ذكر موقع "كل شىء عن الجزائر".
وأوضح الموقع أن سوء الظروف المعيشية للحى التى يقطن فيه أكثر من 750 عائلة، وانقطاع الغاز الطبيعى والكهرباء والمياه عنه لأكثر من يوما، هي الأسباب الرئيسية وراء الاحتجاجات التي شهدها الحي.
يذكر أن مدينة الأغواط بجنوب الجزائر قد شهدت الشهر الماضي مصادمات عنيفة بين قوات الأمن ومتظاهرين محتجين على عدم حصولهم على مساكن شعبية مدعمة، واتهم المتظاهرون مسئولي المدينة بالفساد والمحسوبية في وتوزيع المنازل وطالبوا بإلغاء قائمة المستفيدين، كما شهدت ولاية قسنطينة شرق الجزائر إقدام عشرة مواطنين على محاولة الانتحار الجماعى من فوق جسر معلق بعد إقصائهم من قوائم المستفيدين من توزيع وحدات السكن الشعبى المدعم .
وكانت وزارة الداخلية الجزائرية قد أصدرت في وقت سابق تعليمات مشددة إلى المحافظين ورؤساء الدوائر والبلديات، بعدم استعمال القوة لفض التظاهرات والاحتجاجات، واللجوء على التحاور مع المحتجين الغاضبين والتفاوض معهم، خوفا من اندلاع ثورة شعبية على غرار ثورتي مصر وتونس.

Saudi paper’s support for Israeli nukes stirs public fury

Saudi state-run newspaper Al-Riyadh has implicitly supported Israel’s nuclear arsenals, sparking fury across the Persian Gulf kingdom.

Yusuf al- Kuwaylit, deputy chief editor of Al-Riyadh, made the remarks in the newspaper’s editorial, after Iran announced its new nuclear achievements on Wednesday.

The Saudi daily alluded to Israel’s stockpile of nuclear weapons and repeated Tel Aviv’s claims that it cannot endure long wars with Arab countries and therefore it requires a “deterrent” force against any alleged military actions by its supposed foes.

The article repeated the West’s allegations that Iran is trying to acquire military nuclear capabilities and argued that since there is no regional threat against the Islamic Republic, it is inexcusable for the country to develop its nuclear technology.

On Wednesday, Iran placed the first indigenous fuel rods into the heart of Tehran Research Reactor and 3,000 new generation centrifuges to its Natanz facility, increasing the production of 3.5 percent enriched uranium by 50 percent.

The United States, Israel and some of their European allies accuse Tehran of pursuing military objectives in its nuclear program and have used this pretext to push for four rounds of UN sanctions and a series of unilateral sanctions against the Islamic Republic.

Iran has refuted the allegations, arguing that as a committed signatory to the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) and member of the International Atomic Energy Agency, it has the right to use nuclear technology for peaceful use.

Israel, widely believed to be the sole possessor of a nuclear arsenal in the Middle East with over 200 undeclared nuclear warheads, pursues the policy of "deliberate ambiguity" on its nuclear program.

Tel Aviv has rejected global demands to join the NPT and does not allow IAEA inspectors to observe its controversial nuclear program.

Could gaining control of the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran (CBI) be one of the main reasons that Iran is being targeted by Western and Israeli powers? As tensions are building up for an unthinkable war with Iran, it is worth exploring Iran’s banking system compared to its U.S., British and Israeli counterparts.

Some researchers are pointing out that Iran is one of only three countries left in the world whose central bank is not under Rothschild control. Before 9-11 there were reportedly seven: Afghanistan, Iraq, Sudan, Libya, Cuba, North Korea, and Iran. By 2003, however, Afghanistan and Iraq were swallowed up by the Rothschild octopus, and by 2011 Sudan and Libya were also gone. In Libya, a Rothschild bank was established in Benghazi while the country was still at war.

Islam forbids the charging of usury, the practice of charging excessive, unreasonably high, and often illegal interestrates on loans,and that is a major problem for the Rothschild banking system. Until a few hundred years ago usury was also forbidden in the Christian world and was even punishable by death. It was considered exploitation and enslavement.

Since the Rothschilds took over the Bank of England around 1815, they have been expanding their banking control over all the countries of the world. Their method has been to get a country’s corrupt politicians to accept massive loans, which they can never repay, and thus go into debt to the Rothschild banking powers. If a leader refuses to accept the loan, he is oftentimes either ousted or assassinated. And if that fails, invasions can follow, and a Rothschild usury-based bank is established.

The Rothschilds exert powerful influence over the world’s major news agencies. By repetition, the masses are duped into believing horror stories about evil villains. The Rothschilds control the Bank of England, the Federal Reserve, the European Central Bank, the IMF, the World Bank and the Bank of International Settlements. Also they own most of the gold in the world as well as the London Gold Exchange, which sets the price of gold every day. It is said the family owns over half the wealth of the planet—estimated by Credit Suisse to be $231 trillion—and is controlled by Evelyn Rothschild, the current head of the family.

Objective researchers contend that Iran is not being demonized because they are a nuclear threat, just as the Taliban, Iraq’s Saddam Hussein and Libya’s Muammar Qadaffi were not a threat.

What then is the real reason? Is it the trillions to be made in oil profits, or the trillions in war profits? Is it to bankrupt the U.S. economy, or is it to start World War III? Is it to destroy Israel’s enemies, or to destroy the Iranian central bank so that no one is left to defy Rothschild’s money racket?

It might be any one of those reasons or, worse—it might be all of them.

West wants Assad down to null Iran presence in Syria: Analyst

A senior Middle East expert says the West, aided and abetted by Turkey, Qatar and Israel, is plotting to overthrow the Syrian regime in a bid to strip the Islamic Republic of its regional sway.

“The extremist Wahhabis, the neo-colonist Zionists and the Western imperialists have taken up arms against those who fly in the face of extremism and expansionism in the region each with its own agenda on Syria as a whipping boy with the ultimate goal of relegating Iran to the outer fringes of political power,” Ismail Salami wrote in an article titled “West's shenanigans against Syria, Iran” on Press TV .

Salami, author of Iran, Cradle of Civilization , added that the “exorbitant efforts” the West is expending in Syria to overthrow its President Bashar al-Assad regime are “in fact directed against the Islamic Republic.”

The Iranian expert added that “presstitute media” such as the state-funded BBC, the Qatar-funded Al Jazeera and the Saudi-run Al Arabiya are also constantly distorting the facts on the Syrian ground to abet their respective government’s policies.

To this end, the events in Syria must be so choreographed that they should lead to the overthrow of Assad regime and consequently result in the supposed debilitation of the Iranian establishment, the senior political analyst said.

Efraim Halevy, head of Mossad from 1998 to 2002, wrote in an article posted on The New York Times on February 7 that the West should focus on terminating Iran’s influence in Syria instead of seeking a military assault on Tehran as this is the “safer and rewarding option.”

“The public debate in America and Israel these days is focused obsessively on whether to attack Iran in order to halt its nuclear weapons ambitions; hardly any attention is being paid to how events in Syria could result in a strategic debacle for the Iranian government,” Halevy said.

Syria has been experiencing unrest since mid-March 2011. Hundreds of people, including Syrian security forces, have been killed in the turmoil.

The West and the Syrian opposition accuse the government of killing the protesters, but Damascus says “outlaws, saboteurs and armed terrorist groups” are responsible for the unrest, which it says is being orchestrated from abroad.

صرحت مصادر بجهة سيادية، لـ"شبكة الاعلام العربية – محيط" بأن تنظيم حبيب العادلي وزير الداخلية الأسبق، والذي لاتزال بقاياه تسيطر علي مواقع كثيرة بالوزارة، بالتنسيق مع أعضاء أمانة السياسات بالحزب الوطني المنحل شاركوا في تنفيذ مذبحة استاد بور سعيد، مشيرا إلى أن ذلك تم بناء على معلومات تأتيهم من جهاز الاستخبارات الإسرائيلي "الموساد"، وسفارة "إسرائيل" بالقاهرة ودوائر استخبارية خارجية أخرى، مؤكدا أنه جاري اعتقالهم تباعًا وإخضاعهم لتحقيقات سرية لدى جهاز سيادي.

وأشار المصدر إلى أنه هذا المخطط يتم بالتنسيق مع أعضاء أمانة السياسات بالحزب الوطني المنحل، والذين ما زالوا يسيطرون على معظم قطاعات الدولة، وينسقون مع عدد كبير من رجال الأعمال الذين على اتصال مباشر بالرئيس السابق حسني مبارك ونجله جمال وزوجته سوزان ثابت واحمد عز وصفوت الشريف وحبيب العادلي وجنرالاته الستة وكوادر امن الدولة خارج الوزارة، إضافة إلى شبكات بلطجية ومخبرين كانت يستخدمهم التنظيم للقيام بأعماله القذرة لصالح مخطط التوريث، ويتحركون لممارسة عمليات القتل والبلطجة والتخريب، بناء علي معلومات تأتيهم من جهاز الاستخبارات الإسرائيلي "الموساد"، وسفارة "إسرائيل" بالقاهرة ودوائر استخبارية خارجية أخري تزودهم بالمعلومات عبر منظمات التمويل الحقوقية التي يتردد كوادرها علي سفارات دول التمويل بالقاهرة.

وأكد المصدر أن المجلس الاعلي للقوات المسلحة يتلقي تحذيرات متواصلة من دوائر عربية ودولية بالابتعاد عن تلك الشخوص وعدم التحرش بها وتوفير أجواء محاكمة عادلة لها ، إن أرادت القاهرة أن تسترجع أموالها، وأن أي مساس بتلك الاشخاص سيترتب عليه حصار اقتصادي وديبلوماسي خانق لمصر ولثورتها ،وبناء علي تلك التحذيرات فـأن النائب العام الذي توصل لحقائق مذهلة تتعلق بجرائم قتل المصريون امام مايسبيرو ،ومجلس الوزراء وشارع محمد محمود من بينها ،ان جرائم القتل تمت بأسلحة محرمة دولية ومنها رصاص دمدم الصهيوني ،واالرصاص المطاطي الصهيوني ،واسلحة صنعت في اسرائيل، وأن كل الأدلة المشار اليها تحت ايدي الاجهزة المصرية .

ولفت المصدر إلى أن تنظيم حبيب العادلي الذي تلقت عناصر امنية فيه تدريبات في الولايات المتحدة الامريكية علي فض اعمال الشغب وحماية عناصر الحكم ، هو الذي خطط واشرف وهيء الاجواء لأرتكاب مذبحة استاد بورسعيد ،وان مخططه كان يشمل اغتيال نجوم النادي الاهالي من اجل تفجير حالات فوضي وثورة عارمة في البلد ،بيد ان القوات المسلحة التي تلقت تفاصيل المخطط في وقت متأخر لم تستطع الا تأمين لاعبي النادي الاهلية وانقاذهم بواسطة قوات صاعقة بزي مدني قامت بحمايتهم والتعامل مع المجرميين فور اقترابهم من الاعبين .

وأوضح المصدر أن كافة من شاركوا في المذبحة وعددهم خمسمائة تسعة وخمسون عنصر من ستمائة عنصر كان من المقرر ان بشاركوا وفق المخطط يتم الان تتبعهم واعتقالهم تباعا واخضاعهم لتحقيقات سرية لدي جهاز سيادي، وان نتائج التحقيقات الاولية تشير إلى أن تنظيم حبيب العادلي المدعوم من الموساد يواصل الآن نشر الفوضى بمصر ولابد من القبض علي كوادره وتفكيكه وإحالة قياداته في الداخلية للتقاعد ومحاكمتهم علي الاعمال الاجرامية التي قاموا بها.

والجدير بالذكر أن قيادات رياضية بارزة تردد ضلوعها في المخطط تلك القيادات علي ولاء شخصي لجمال وعلاء مبارك ،وقامت عناصر منهم بزيارة مبارك ونجليه في محبسهما خلال الفترة الماضية ،بعد ان سمح لهم النائب العام بذلك ،وتلك القيادات تخضع للمسآلة الآن.

وكان رئيس المخابرات الصهيونية السابق قال عند تقاعده من الخدمة قبيل تنحي مبارك بشهور، أن كيانه اخترق مصر في جميع المجالات ونشر بذور الفتنة فيه، بحيث لايستطيع اي رئيس يجيء بعد مبارك ان يسيطر علي مصر التي ستعمها الفوضي ،وهو ما نراه الان ،وهذا القول لرئيس المخابرات الاسرائيلية معروف لدي كافة المهتميين بتتبع نشاط موساد.

القاعدة يرفض الحوارمع اللجنة العسكرية ويطالب بـ"شرع الله"

قال مصدر في تنظيم القاعدة بمحافظة أبين جنوبي اليمن أن حديث اللجنة العسكرية عن الحوار مع انصار الشريعة مرفوض جملة وتفصيلا إلا في حال قبل الرئيس الجديد ونظامه تطبيق شرع الله في المحافظة وعدم اعتراض قوات الجيش للمجاهدين في إدارتهم للمحافظة.
وأضاف المصدر لـ"الوطن " أن انصار الشريعة بدأوا خطوات عملية لاعادة محافظة أبين إلى حالة الاستقرار وقاموا بتوفير المياه وإعادة إصلاح شبه الصرف الصحي وان أبناء مدينة زنجبار سيكون بمقدورهم العودة إلى منازلهم للعيش بأمأن.
وأشار إلى أن استقرار أبين لايستعدي أي حوار بين انصار الشريعة واللجنة العسكرية التي تم تشكيلها من قبل الغرب وهي تنفذ مخططاتهم وكل ماعلى اللجنة عمله أن أرادت الأمن والاستقرار يعود إلى المحافظة هو سحب القوات المعتدية ووقف العمليات العسكرية ضد المجاهدين عندها سيسود الأمن والاستقرار دون الحاجه لحوار أو مواجهات.
وكان المتحدث باسم اللجنة العسكرية المكلفة بإنهاء التوتر علي سعيد عبيد ابدى لـ صحيفة "عكاظ" السعودية استعداده للتفاوض وإجراء هدنة مع عناصر تنظيم القاعدة التي تسيطر على محافظة أبين.
ونقلت الصحيفة عن عبيده قوله :" مستعدون لخوض مفاوضات مع القاعدة إذا كان لدى تلك العناصر الرغبة والنية الصادقة في الجنوح للسلام وتجنيب البلاد ويلات الأزمات والمآسي".

القاعدة يعلن مقتل "الفطحاني" المسئول الاول عن التنظيم في ابين

أعلن تنظيم القاعدة في اليمن اليوم الأربعاء رسميا مقتل القيادي البارز بالتنظيم في جزيرة العرب عبد المنعم الفطحاني بعد أن كان قد نفى أمس أن يكون الفطحاني بين القتلى أو حتى المصابين في الهجوم الأمريكي بالطيران على مجموعة من عناصره في لودر مساء أمس الأول.

وقال مصدر رفيع في التنظيم لـ"الوطن" صباح اليوم الأربعاء أن الفطحاني توفي في ساعة مبكرة من فجر اليوم الأربعاء متأثرا بإصابته التي لحقت به جراء الهجوم عليه مع مجموعه من أنصاره في لودر بطائرة استطلاع أمريكية بدون طيار.

ويعد الفطحاني ارفع مسئول في تنظيم القاعدة في جزيرة العرب بمحافظة ابين حيث يدير هو عمليات التنظيم العسكرية وهو المتهم بتدبير الهجوم على المدمرة الامريكية كول والناقلة الفرنسية ليمبرج.

واتهم القيادي في القاعدة شخصيات قبلية رفيعة في لودر بالعمل لصالح المخابرات الأمريكية وهدد بالانتقام لمقتل الفطحاني بإعدام كل الجواسيس مع الأمريكان.

وأشار المصدر إلى ان التنظيم انتهى من وضع خطة لإلقاء القبض على جواسيس النظام في زنجبار و"وقار" يقصد جعار التي تم تحويل اسمها من قبل القاعدة إلى وقار كون جعار من أسماء الذئب أيضا بعد أن تم رصد تحركاتهم المشبوهه حد قوله.

في ذات السياق قال مصدر عسكري لـصحيفة الشرق السعودية إن الهجوم الأمريكي على عناصر تنظيم القاعدة أول أمس كان يهدف إلى إرباك التنظيم الذي يُعد حالياً للهجوم على أكثر من منطقة في محافظات شرقية وجنوبية للسيطرة عليها بمشاركة عناصر قبلية وأمنية.

وأضاف المصدر: إن الاستخبارات الأمريكية رصدت تحركات القاعدة خلال الأيام الماضية وأرادت إحباط هذه التحركات خلال هجمات جوية تستهدف قيادات التنظيم ومنسقي هذه التحركات.

وتوقع المصدر أن تستمر الضربات الأمريكية خلال الأيام القادمة ضد أهداف لتنظيم القاعدة في محافظات أبين وشبوة ومأرب، لتخفيف الضغط على أجهزة الأمن اليمنية التي بدت عاجزة عن إدارة المعركة مع القاعدة في الأماكن التي يتواجد فيها عناصر التنظيم بسبب الاضطرابات التي تشهدها المؤسسة الأمنية والعسكرية في اليمن.

ولم يستبعد المصدر أن تقوم واشنطن بعمليات برية خاطفة على الأرض في مهمات خاصة للمرة الأولى إذا استدعت الضرورة ذلك لمواجهة التمدد الخطير للقاعدة في اليمن واقتناص الفرصة أيضاً لتحقيق مكاسب من خلال تصيد أكبر قدر من عناصر وقيادات القاعدة في اليمن.

من جهتها أبلغت مدير وكالة الاستخبارات الأميركية أعضاء الكونغرس ان تنظيم القاعدة في اليمن يتوسع بطريقة مخيفة ستؤثر على مصالح واشنطن في المنطقة

وقال جيمس كلابر مدير الوكالة في جلسة استماع أثناء تقديم تقريره إلى الكونغرس ان الاضطرابات التي تشهدها اليمن مهدت الطريق أمام القاعدة لتحريك انشطتها على الأرض بدون أي ضغط امني من قبل السلطات .

وقال خبير شؤون الإرهاب في محطة تلفزيون CBS الأميركية خوان زاراتي إن نفوذ القاعدة المتزايد في اليمن يثير قلق الولايات المتحدة، مضيفا أنه "مع انتشار كل مظاهر الفوضى وانعدام الأمن في اليمن وانتقال السلطة هناك، وجدت السلطات نفسها في مواجهة ذلك، وقد انتهزت الولايات المتحدة هذه الفرصة لاستهداف مسلحي القاعدة مباشرة، لذلك شهدنا الكثير من مثل تلك الهجمات في الأشهر القليلة الماضية".

مفكرة الاسلام: أماط الشيخ عبد الله جاب الله، رئيس جبهة العدالة والتنمية الجزائرية المعارضة، اللثام للمرة الأولى، عن طلب تلقاه من العقيد الراحل معمر القذافى يدعوه فيه إلى لعب دور الوسيط بينه وبين الثوار، وذلك فى بداية الاحتجاجات الشعبية فى ليبيا فى شهر فبراير من عام 2011.
وقال جاب الله وفق صحيفة "البلاد" الجزائرية الصادرة صباح اليوم الأحد إنه وبعد تلقيه الطلب من طرف القذافى أعد "مشروع حل" وجهه إلى ما سماه "الطرف الآخر"، فى إشارة إلى المجلس الانتقالى الليبى دون أن يتلقى إجابة منهم.
وأضاف جاب الله، مرشح انتخابات الرئاسة فى 1999 و2004 أمام الرئيس عبد العزيز بوتفليقة: "كنت أنوى لو سارت الأمور كما كان يرغب فى تشكيل وفد من الشخصيات العربية الكبيرة لتقريب وجهات النظر بين الطرفين تحقيقا للمصالحة بينهم.
وحول المشروع الذى أعده بهذا الخصوص، أشار القيادي الإسلامي الجزائري أن مشروعه تضمن تثمينا لمطالب الشعب الليبى من خلال التزام نظام القذافى بتحقيق الحقوق والعدالة للمواطنين مع التحذير من الاستعانة بالغرب.
وحول موقفه من فتوى الشيخ القرضاوى بإباحة دم القذافى، تفادى الشيخ جاب الله - 54 عاما الذى يعد من أكبر المعارضين الإسلاميين فى الجزائر - تقديم رأى واضح من تلك الفتوى، وقال: "الأكيد أن الفتاوى التى يصدرها القرضاوى تكون مبنية على أسس لكنى لا أوافق على الاستعانة بالخارج".
جدير بالذكر أن الثوار الليبيين كانوا قد ألقوا القبض على معمر القذافى بمدينة سرت يوم 20 أكتوبر الماضى مصابًا بجروح، إلا أنه قتل لاحقا بطلق نارى فى رأسه.
تجدر الإشارة إلى أن "عائشة" ابنة القذافى كانت قد تركت ليبيا وغادرت إلى الجزائر فى شهر أغسطس الماضى برفقة والدتها صفية فركاش الزوجة الثانية للقذافى مع شقيقها الأكبر محمد وهانيبال.

المختصر/ قام القرصان “هاكر” السعودي صباح الخميس بالكشف عن تفاصيل 200 بطاقة اعتماد لمواطنين اسرائيليين، وذلك ردا على القراصنة الاسرائيليين الذين ادعوا ان لديهم معلومات وتفاصيل بطاقات ائتمان لسعوديين، واكد القرصان السعودي انه سيكشف مليون بطاقة لاصحابها الاسرائيليين، وانه قام باستغلال عدد من هذه البطاقات.
وفي أول حوار مع الهاكر السعودي الذي نشر مليون بطاقة ائتمان إسرائيلية على الإنترنت.
ما الذي يدفع مراهق لسرقة الآلاف من بطاقات الائتمان الإسرائيلية وتسريب معلوماتها ببطء معلناً من خلال ذلك وجهة نظر سياسية؟ قامت مجلة في بودابست باستطلاع الأمر من دردشة على برنامج المحادثة الشهير “سكايب” مع الشاب السعودي البالغ من العمر 19 عاماً ويسمي نفسه “0xOmar”. وفي الأيام القليلة الماضية كان “عمر” يبذل قصارى جهده لشن هجمات على إسرائيل بصورة تسريب معلومات أعداد ضخمة من بطاقات الائتمان، في يوم 3 يناير اخترق اكبر موقع إسرائيلي للرياضة ونشر رابط لملف يحتوي على أرقام 400،000 بطاقة ائتمان إسرائيلية وكتب “سيكون ممتعا للغاية رؤية 400،000 إسرائيلي يقفون في طوابير خارج المصارف ومكاتب شركات بطاقات الائتمان للشكوى من سرقة بطاقاتهم”. حوار مثير مع الهاكر السعودي الذي فضح بطاقات ائتمان اسرائيلية! الهاكر السعودي عمر حبيب لكن شركات بطاقات الائتمان أخذت ذلك الكلام على محمل الجد وتم إيقافها على حوالي 15000 رقما ما زالت سارية مما أثار حنق “عمر” فصعد من حملته بنشر أرقام 11000 بطاقة أخرى، ويتفاخر في بيان صحفي انه لا يزال في جعبته مليون رقم آخر. كما أنه نشر عنوان بريده الإلكتروني، وهو ما ساعد على الاتصال به، وخلال حوار مع “عمر” على “السكايب”، كُشف أن اسمه الحقيقي هو عمر، مراهق صاخب يعيش مع والديه، ويحب الإكس بوكس، ويكره إسرائيل كرهاً شديداً.. اليكم الحوار.

- لماذا تفعل هذا؟
- إسرائيل تقتل الأبرياء، هذا ما تقوم به حكومتهم، وهو عملهم اليومي
وهي لا تمتثل لأي قانون، لذلك أريد أن أسبب لهم الإيذاء بأي طريقة استطيعها.

- كيف تمكنت من سرقة هذا العدد الكبير من بطاقات الإئتمان؟
- عن طريق القرصنة واختراق أكثر من 80 موقع إسرائيلي للتسوق
وقد استغرق مني العمل للعثور على الأهداف واختراقها حوالي 6 أشهر
وقد استخدمت عددا من البرمجيات الخاصة بالهاكر.

- هل قمت بشراء أي شيء مستخدما هذه البطاقات؟
- أووه... الكثير!
أنا أتحدث معك الآن عبر جهاز "VPS" اشتريته بالبطاقات الإسرائيلية.

- إنه اسمي الكامل.. ولا أستطيع أن أقوله لك.

- ماذا تأمل الحصول عليه من تسريب أرقام بطاقات إئتمان الإسرائيليين العاديين؟
إذا كنت تريد إيذاء الحكومة، لماذا لا تهاجم مواقع الحكومة الإسرائيلية؟
- لقد هاجمتهم أيضا، ولكن اختراق موقع لا يؤذي حقا ويستطيعون استعادته

- سمه ما شئت.. المهم أنني أريد أن أرى إسرائيل تعاني.

- قلت في البيان الصحفي أنك قمت بعمليات قرصنة
"أكثر بكثير مما يمكن تخيله". ماذا لديك أيضا؟
- لدي قاعدة بيانات كاملة لجميع السكان الإسرائيليين حتى الموتى منهم
لدي وثائق عن الشركات الإسرائيلية التي تنشئ المواقع العسكرية وعملائها
ورسائل البريد الإلكتروني الخاصة بهم، هناك وثائق تقنية
ونصف مليون بطاقة إئتمان أخرى.. وأكثر من ذلك بكثير.

- هل تطلعني على بعض الوثائق غير المنشورة كدليل؟
- هممم.. أفضل عدم فعل ذلك الآن، سأقوم بتسريبها عندما تنساني وسائل
الإعلام، عندها سأبدأ بالتسريب لإعادة جذب وسائل الإعلام

ما هو سر الاندفاعة المنقطعة النظير لفرنسا، وما هي الاسباب الحقيقية لرعايتها الحنون للربيع العربي في منطقة الشرق الاوسط؟ الاجوبة باتت واضحة بعدما تركت فرنسا بصماتها تنتشر في كل مكان، وهي تسارع الى نقل معداتها من البلد فور الانتهاء من حراكه الجماهيري، لتدخل الى مكان آخر، فتنصب المعدات فيه، والهدف هو استسلام النظام، استقالة رئيسه او يسجن او يموت، ونجحت الماكنة الفرنسية في تونس ومصر وفي ليبيا، واليوم وضعت جهودها وصوّبت اهدافها الى الداخل الدمشقي، لتنتقل بعدها الى الاماكن الاخرى كما جاء في مقررات خليّة جورج بوش وجاك شيراك، ومن بعدهما استمر باراك اوباما ونظيره الفرنسي نيكولا ساركوزي.
فالربيع العربي انطلق من هناك، عندما استسلمت فرنسا الى الواقع الاميركي بعد طول صراع وتنافر حول التدخل الاميركي في العراق، لكن الحليف الاميركي الاقوى استطاع «اقناع» حليفه الفرنسي، فاوكل جورج بوش الى كونداليسا رايس مهمة متابعة شؤون الخلية الاميركية الفرنسية، ومثله فعل الرئيس الفرنسي حيث كلف «مونتانيه» متابعة الخلية ايضا، وهكذا بدأت اعمال الخلية ونتائجها بالظهور في منطقتنا، وكان القرار1559 هو اول النتاج.
} ينشط على الجبهة المعارضة للنظام في سوريا }
وكي لا نغوض كثيراً في التاريخ، نعود الى العام الحالي، حيث بدأت في مطلعه اولى الانتفاضات العربية في تونس، وبدأ الظهور الفرنسي على مسرح الاحداث وسط ظهور اميركي واضح وكأن واشنطن تعمدت ان تمشي خلف باريس، وتجلى هذا التفاوت في الاقدام والطحشة اثناء الاشتباكات الليبية – الليبية وفي الغارات النوعية والمدروسة للناتو، وفي الظهور المفاجئ للرجل الغامض برنارد هنري ليفي مع سطوع نجمه في السماء الليبية وفوق «مدينة بنغازي» التي كانت لها الوظيفة الحاسمة في قيام النظام الليبي الجديد ومنها انطلق الثوار، الى «تحرير» بلادهم وهي شهدت اكبر حشد دولي وعربي، واستمرت عاصمة الثوار حتى سقوط معمر القذافي. واليوم ينشط الرجل الغامض، برنارد هنري ليفي على الجبهة المعارضة للنظام في سوريا، فمن هو هذا الرجل وكيف تسلق ووصل الى مركز القرار الفرنسي ؟ ولان الرجل يصنع الثورات العربية، لا بد من القاء الضوء على مسيرته التي استقيناها من المدونات المختلفة والمليئة بالصور التي تفضح نشاطه التحرري. فالرجل ولد من عائلة جزائرية يهودية ثرية، انتقل مع عائلته الى باريس حيث درس في جامعاتها، واشتهر لاحقا كصحفي وكناشط سياسي، وهو عمل مراسلاً حربياً في بنغلادش اثناء انفصالها عن باكستان، ومن ثم اسس مع يهوديين آخرين معهد «لفيناس» الفلسفي في القدس المحتلة بعد ان ورث عن ابيه اموالاً فاقت الـ750مليون فرنك فرنسي.

} اقتحام الاليزه }
واستطاع ليفي اقتحام الايليزيه بعد مجيء نقولا ساركوزي خلفاً لجاك شيراك، وحلّ مكان الديبلوماسي «مونتانيه» في متابعة خلية اوباما – ساركوزي التي اسسها الرئيسان جورج بوش وجاك شيراك، وفي ظل التراجع الاميركي في التعاطي بملفات المنطقة وتحديدا بعد الاحباطات في العراق، تبوأ الرئيس الفرنسي المركز المتقدم، واستطاع ان يفرض الايقاع الفرنسي على التطورات والاوضاع اللبنانية والسورية، وهو كان من صنّاع اتفاق الدوحة بين اللبنانيين بعدما سمح وتغاضى عن احداث 7 ايار، ومن ثم استقبل الرئيس السوري بشار الاسد في شوارع الشانزليزيه امام اعين اكثر من اربعين رئيساً وملكا عربيا ودوليا.
ولان النظام الرئاسي الفرنسي يسمح للرئيس بان يتولى وزارتي الدفاع والخارجية، كرئيس اعلى لهاتين الوزارتين، اوكل ساركوزي المهمات العسكرية والامنية والخارجية لبرنارد هنري ليفي، خصوصا المهمات ذات الصلة بالحراك في الكيانات العربية، وفيما كان الاميركيون شبه غائبين عن الثورات العربية كي يبتعدوا عن الاحراجات في ظل الهواجس الاسرائيلية التي لم تتوقف عن طلب الضمانات للدولة العبرية من الاميركان في ظل المجهول الاتي ليحل مكان الانظمة المتداعية. هنا لعب ليفي المفتون جداً بالناتو، دوراً محورياً في رسم السيناريوات الانقلابية وفي ارسال الاشارات الى دولة اسرائيل وهو المعجب بديموقراطيتها وبديمقراطية جيشها.
وثورة بعد ثورة اثبت ليفي مقدرة خارقة في تحريك الجماهير، وهو استعمل رموز الثورات حتى الاخير، فالبوعزيزي صناعة تونسية اصبحت ايقونة عربية، واستطاع ايضا ادخال سلاح الانترنت والاتصالات الى المعركة، فتحلقت الجماهير حول الشاشات تنشد اسقاط النظام، ويوما بعد يوم نجح الفيلسوف اليهودي B.H.L في زعزعة الانظمة عبر الثورات المتنقلة، وتنقل بين تونس والقاهرة الى ان حط الرحال في بنغازي، فاخرج هناك من الارشيف علم ليبيا القديم ليرفعه الثوار لاحقا في هجومهم الميداني على كتائب القذائفي، فيما كانت طائرات الناتو التي حضرت بناء على مناشدات ليفي تدك المواقع العاصية والمستحيلة من امام هجمات الثوار.
وعندما سقطت طرابلس واستسلم القذافي لمصيره المشؤوم بين ايدي الثوار، غادر ليفي الاراضي الليبية بعد ان فكك معداته لينتقل سريعا الى الحدود التركية السورية، فهناك تختلف الحكاية، ويلزمها سيناريو مختلف عما سبقه في بلدان اخرى، فالرجل الغامض، القادم الى سوريا للخربطة والتغيير بقرار فرنسي واوروبي واميركي، يحمل «كارتاً ازرقا» مصرفياً بأرقام لا متناهية، فبطاقة الائتمان خاصته مفتوحة على القيمة المالية التي ينوي دفعها، وطالما ان قطر هي السدادة فلا مشكلة امامه ان في الدفع او في القبض، طالما ان الحركة المالية هي في خدمة الأهداف المرسومة.

} جاهز لتغيير المسيرة في سوريا }
فالرجل الغامض، القادم الى ربوعنا، خبير في شؤوننا وفي العلاقات الطائفية والمذهبية للكيانات العربية، اضافة الى دراسته الشاملة للعشائر والعائلات الممتدة في ربوع اكثر من دولة عربية، اضافة الى كل ذلك، فان ليفي خبير ايضا بالادارة الفرنسية، وهو يعرف تماماً صلاحياته كمندوب رئاسي فرنسي، يجول في مناطق المعارضة للانظمة، وهو اختبر سابقاً الكومندوس الذي ارسلته فرنسا الى ليبيا، وهو مؤلف من قادة الجيوش المختارة تأتمر بالاليزيه من دون المرور بالمؤسسة العسكرية الفرنسية، وهكذا اصبح برنارد هنري ليفي شبه قائد عسكري لفريق «Elite» العسكري من ذوي النخبة، هذا الفريق الذي نجح في ليبيا وهو جاهز اليوم لاكمال المسيرة التغييرية في سوريا وفي السودان لاحقا ومن بعده الجزائر، وهكذا دواليك حتى تنتهي المخططات الدولية.

} اصابع ليفي وراء خدام }
ولأن لسوريا خصوصية تاريخية وجغرافية، بدأ ليفي ورشته منذ ان فتح ابواب «الاوديون» في العاصمة الفرنسية للمعارضة السورية، وذلك قبل نشوء ما يسمى المجلس الوطني، واستعمل كل الاساليب التي يمتلكها خصوصاً انه يتمتع بالفكر وبالحسابات المالية المليئة اضافة الى شبكة واسعة من العلاقات والاتصالات، فالرجل يمتلك الهواتف الخلوية والثريا والارضية اضافة الى مكاتب خاصة به في باريس والمغرب، اميركا وتركيا، وفيما كان عبد الحليم خدام ، النائب السابق لرئيس الجمهورية السورية، يقيم في فيلا سعيد شارع فوش في باريس، وممنوع عليه ممارسة الأعمال السياسية، وعدم الادلاء بأية تصريحات صحافية، واذ فجأة فتحت خطوط هواتفه، وتوافد الصحافيون الى فيلته، فتبين ان اصابع ليفي وراء انطلاقة خدام المعترضة والمعارضة للنظام.
وليفي مؤمن جداً بالناتو، فهو دعا قواته للتدخل في يوغوسلافيا سابقاً وفي عدد من الدول التي شهدت الاضطرابات والحروب، وصولاً الى ليبيا، واليوم يعتقد ان الحدود التركية السورية ارضاً صالحة للانطلاق الى الداخل السوري، وهو يسعى جاهداً لاحداث اي خرق حدودي مع سوريا: آملاً ان ينجح في انشاء المنطقة العازلة، ولأجل هذا الطموح، نجح في اقناع باريس وعواصم صنّاع القرار بإدخال صواريخ «ستينغر» المحمولةلتوزيعها على الثوار بعد تهريبها الى الداخل عبر الحدود التركية، وفي المعلومات ان طائرات شركة CORSE – AIR الفرنسية هي التي تنقل الصواريخ الى منطقة كيليكيا ومن هناك تهرّب بواسطة سيارات صغيرة لتصل الى الثوار.

} الصواريخ السورية البعيدة المدى }
ولمن فاته عن فعالية هذه الصواريخ، عليه العودة الى افغانستان اثناء الوجود الروسي فيها، حينها سارعت واشنطن الى توزيع «الستينغر» على الافغان العرب وشكلت هذه الصواريخ عاملاً حاسماً في نتائج المعركة خصوصا انها عطلت حركة الطيران المروحي فوق تجمعات الافغان العرب، فلأجل هذه الفعالية يتطلع ليفي الى انتشار الصواريخ في الداخل السوري مقدمة لإنشاء المنطقة العازلة، لكن ليفي يجهل او لا يدري بأن سوريا تعتبر السيادة هي من ارفع القيم الوطنية التي تقاتل من اجلها، وهي زرعت الألغام على طول الحدود اضافة الى جهوزية كاملة لشن الحرب الشاملة التي تنطلق منها عوامل النجاح لأية منطقة عازلة في الداخل. والسوريون لا تعنيهم اية منطقة عازلة خارج حدودهم، ان في الاردن ام في تركيا، اما في الداخل، فليطمئن ليفي والمجتمع الدولي بأن الدول المجاورة ستكون في مرمى الصواريخ السورية البعيدة المدى.
وينتظر برنارد هنري ليفي بفارغ الصبر الانتهاء من اعماله السوداء في سوريا لينتقل من بعدها الى السودان، فهناك منطقة مصرية سودانية تعتبر سهل العالم الخصيب، حيث شركة Chiffron الأميركية للانتاج الزراعي تعمل فيها، ولأن ليفي سبقت افضاله ووصلت الى هناك، عندما كان يدعو الناتو لضرب دارفور وانهاء أزمتها وفق الرؤية الغربية، فان السودان مقبل على خربطة يقوم بها ليفي وشركاه الدوليين، كما ان الجزائر لها الحصة المحفوظة في أجندة ليفي، فالمنطقة «الامازيفية» حيث يعيش البربر تنتظر من ليفي ان يحرك لها المشاعر الأتنية الانفصالية.
وفي الختام، لن يجد المراقبون اية صعوبة للجواب عن سرّ الاندفاعة المنقطعة النظير لفرنسا، خصوصا اذا اكتشف هؤلاء حقيقة وهوية المبعوث الرئاسي الفرنسي المفكر اليهودي برنارد هنري ليفي المؤمن جداً بالديموقراطية التي يتمتع بها جيش العدو الاسرائيلي. ي

قراصنة إسرائيليون يخترقون مواقع تجارية سعودية ويصلون لآلاف البطاقات الائتمانية

أعلنت مجموعة من القراصنة الإسرائيليين عن تمكّنهم مساء اليوم الاثنين من اختراق العديد من المواقع الإلكترونية السعودية ذات الطابع التجاري، ما أهلهم للوصول للآلاف من البطاقات الائتمانية التي تخص مواطنين سعوديين.

وهددت مجموعة القراصنة الإسرائيليين بنشر التفاصيل الكاملة المتعلقة بالسعوديين وعائلاتهم في حال تم نشر أي قائمة جديدة.

ونقلت صحيفة "يديعوت أحرونوت" الإسرائيلية على موقعها على الانترنت عن القراصنة قولهم: "مجموعتنا قررت الرد على عملية الاختراق التي نفذها مواطن سعودي الأسبوع الماضي، والتي تم الكشف من خلالها عن آلاف بطاقات الائتمان الإسرائيليين".

وأضافت الصحيفة على لسان القراصنة الإسرائيليين: "تحصلنا على آلاف القوائم تتضمن تفاصيل شخصية وبطاقات الائتمان لمواطنين في المملكة العربية السعودية ونحتفظ بها في انتظار اللحظة المناسبة لننشرها وأي تسريب في محتوى القوائم سيمس بخصوصية المواطنين السعوديين".

وادعت الصحيفة أنها فحصت عدة أسماء من القائمة وتأكدت من صحتها وأنها تابعة لمواطنين سعوديين، فيما نشرت أقوال أحد أفراد المجموعة "بأنهم يعملون بشكل سري وأنهم سيعاقبون فيما لو تم كشف أمرهم".

وكان موقع "واي نت" الإسرائيلي نشر رداً وصله بالإيميل من شخص قال إنه هاكر سعودي، وقد سرق آلاف الوثائق والبطاقات الإسرائيلية، وفيه نفى أنه الشخص الذي قيل إنه يسكن في العاصمة المكسيكية، واسمه عمر، وله صورة شخصية في صفحته على "فيسبوك".

وقال الهاكر إنه في العاصمة السعودية ويتحدى الوصول إليه، موضحاً أنه ليس مبتدئاً بل هو على دراية متقدمة بالتقنية، ولن يعثروا عليه مهما أرسل من ملفات وإيميلات، وأنه لا يعتبر إسرائيل إلا فلسطين المحتلة.

ونشر الهاكر السعودي الذي قام قبل عدة أيام باختراق وحصل على معلومات عن آلاف البطاقات المصرفية الإسرائيلية، قائمة جديدة تحتوي على 11 ألف بطاقة مصرفية جديدة لتضاف إلى 18 ألف بطاقة نشرها سابقاً عقب اختراقه للموقع.

وذكرت صحيفة "يديعوت أحرونوت" الأسبوع الماضي أن الهاكر الذي يطلق على نفسه "0x Omar"، نشر قائمة تحتوي على العديد من التفاصيل الخاصة بحوالي 11 ألف إسرائيلي، تضمنت أسماءهم وأرقام هواتفهم والعناوين الدقيقة لأماكن سكناهم، وجميع أرقام بطاقات الائتمان والاعتماد الخاصة بهم، متوعداً بالكشف عن 80 ألف بطاقة مصرفية أخرى رداً على المعلومات الإسرائيلية التي تدعي أن ما تم الوصول إليه هو 14 ألف بطاقة فقط.

استفاقت إسرائيل، اليوم الثلاثاء، على قلق كبير أو ما يشبه الذعر الذي سيطر على شارعها بمستوييه الشعبي والرسمي، بعد أن اتضح أن "هاكر" سعودي أفلح عملياً في الوصول إلى تفاصيل شخصية عن مئات الآلاف من الإسرائيليين وأيضاً على تفاصيل بطاقات ائتمان لنحو 15 ألف إسرائيلي أو أكثر، الأمر الذي أشاع حالة من الذعر في البلاد.

ولم تكن حالة الذعر التي انتابت الإسرائيليين اليوم نابعة فقط من معرفة تفاصيل البطاقات وإنما تخوّف من أن تكون هناك شبكات لمؤسسات إسرائيلية استراتيجية وحساسة سهلة المنال بعمليات قرصنة مماثلة منها كمبيوترات الوزارات الإسرائيلية الحساسة.

واستغل الهاكر موقعين تجاريين يقوم الإسرائيليون عادة بالابتياع منهما بواسطة بطاقات الائتمان، وعلى ما يبدو أن هذه كانت وسيلة الهاكر في الحصول على المعلومات والبيانات.

ومن هذا المنطلق طالبت إحدى لجان الكنيست المختصة بشؤون العلوم والتكنولوجيا رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بتخصيص ميزانية كبيرة لصرفها على قضية حماية المعلومات لاسيما لدى الفروع البنكية في إسرائيل والمؤسسة الأمنية.

وكان هاكر الإنترنت السعودي قال إنه نشر تفاصيل 400 ألف بطاقة ائتمانية يملكها إسرائيليون، لكن الشركات الائتمانية قالت إن نحو 14 ألف بطاقة فقط تضررت.

وقال الهاكر في بيان وضعه على العديد من المواقع الإلكترونية إنه قرر نشر الجزء الأول فقط من التفاصيل التي يملكها عن إسرائيل، وقادت الروابط في البيان إلى مواقع إلكترونية فيها معلومات عن بطاقات ائتمانية إسرائيلية.

وكتب الهاكرز على الصفحة الرئيسية للموقع: "نحن مجموعة إكس جروب من المملكة العربية السعودية استطعنا كسر والدخول الى مواقع إسرائيلية والحصول على الكثير من المعلومات عن الشعب الاسرائيلي: أسماء، عناوين، أرقام الهاتف، بطاقة الهوية، وأرقام بطاقات الائتمان، ونحن نستخدم هذه البطاقات كل يوم لحل مشاكلنا والشراء من خلالهم وتطوير البرمجيات، وقد قررنا أن نمنحها أيضاً للعالم وعددها حوالي 400 ألف بطاقة وهدفنا هو الحصول على المعلومات لمليون إسرائيلي".

الجبهة الإسلامية للإنقاذ تطلق موقعا الكترونيا رغم الحظر القانوني على نشاطها

أطلقت قيادات من الجبهة الإسلامية للإنقاذ المحظورة، اليوم الاثنين 26ديسمبر، موقعا على شبكة الإنترنت باسم الحزب، وهو أول موقع يتم فتحه في إطار النشاطات التي يقوم بها قياديو الحزب المحل رغم الحضر القانوني على نشاطاتهم.

وجاء في كلمة الرقم الثاني في الحزب المحل علي بن حاج بمناسبة افتتاح الموقع قوله: إن الموقع "مفتوح على مصراعيه وكل من أراد أن يساهم في إثراء هذا الموقع بالمقالات الهادفة وعرض المظالم المتنوعة - صوتاً وصورة- التي يعاني منها مختلف أبناء الشعب الجزائري عبر جميع ولايات القطر".

وقد تضمن الموقع أول بيان أصدره مناصفة كل من عباسي مدني وعلي بن حاج، اليوم، جاء فيه أنهما قاما بـ" تكليف محامين دوليين لرفع شكوى لدى الهيئات الدولية الحقوقية والجهات القضائية ذات الاختصاص في هذا الشأن ضد النظام الجزائري، لإلغاء قانون العار وإرجاع الحقوق المسلوبة لأصحابها".

VP Biden Says that ‘The Taliban, Per Se, Is Not Our Enemy’

In interview with Newsweek/Daily Beast, Vice President Biden asserted that “the Taliban per se is not our enemy.”

The ongoing reconciliation process has long included bringing in forces who have taken up arms against the U.S. and against the Afghan government, but Biden might face criticism for stating that as an organization the Taliban is not the enemy of the U.S., when its leadership and members have devoted so much time, resources and energy towards killing American soldiers.

Republicans are already circulating the quote, noting that U.S. forces are still killing, and being killed by, Taliban fighters, trying to figure out how to use the quote given the reality that any peace in Afghanistan will by necessity likely need to include a brokered peace with Taliban forces.

The interview was conducted by Les Gelb, with whom Biden authored the so-called “soft partition” plan to divide Iraq into three semi-autonomous regions: Sunni, Shi’a and Kurd.

In the wide-ranging interview, Biden talks about how Pakistan was able to live with a Taliban-controlled Afghanistan, which the U.S. would have been able to do had the Taliban stopped harboring al Qaeda. He asserts that the U.S. could have lived with the Taliban too, if that government had turned over al-Qaeda members.

Then the VP then turned to the reconciliation process, saying, “We are in a position where if Afghanistan ceased and desisted from being a haven for people who do damage and have as a target the United States of America and their allies, that’s good enough. That’s good enough. We’re not there yet. Look, the Taliban per se is not our enemy. That’s critical. There is not a single statement that the president has ever made in any of our policy assertions that the Taliban is our enemy because it threatens U.S. interests. If, in fact, the Taliban is able to collapse the existing government, which is cooperating with us in keeping the bad guys from being able to do damage to us, then that becomes a problem for us.”

تعرضت القوات الجوية الأمريكية لانتقادات شديدة بعد الكشف عن إلقاء بقايا رفات ما لا يقل عن 274 جنديا أمريكيا في مقلب للقمامة بولاية فرجينيا

وأقرت القوات الجوية بالإجراء المثير للجدل الشهر الماضي وقالت: إنها أوقفته في عام 2008 .

لكنها لم تكشف عن عدد الجنود الذين ألقيت بقايا رفاتهم في القمامة إلا بعد تحقيق أجرته صحيفة واشنطن بوست.

والقوات الجوية الأمريكية مسئولة عن التعامل باحترام مع رفات الجنود في قاعدة دوفر الجوية، وهي نقطة الدخول الرئيسية لقتلى الحرب الأمريكيين في حربي العراق وأفغانستان.

وهاجم راش هولت وهو عضو ديمقراطي في الكونجرس إدارة القوات الجوية للأمر ووصف الإجراء بأنه 'تدنيس واضح.'

وجرى تطبيق هذا الإجراء في دفن أشلاء جنود أمريكيين قتلوا في انفجارات كبيرة وعثر على بقاياهم بعدما كانت أسر الجنود قد تسلمت جثثهم.

وقالت القوات الجوية:إن أسر 274 جنديا قتيلا أعطت الجيش الإذن بالتعامل مع أي بقايا لكنها أضافت أن الأسر لم تكن على علم بأن هذه الرفات ستنتهي بها الحال في مقلب للقمامة بعد حرقها.

ودافع رئيس أركان القوات الجوية الأمريكية نورتون شوارتز عن قرار عدم إقالة أي شخص على خلفية الإجراء، لكن وزير الدفاع الامريكي ليون بانيتا طلب من القوات الجوية إعادة النظر في العقاب الذي ستفرضه بسبب ما حدث.

وأمر بانيتا أيضا بمراجعة مستقلة لإجراءات الدفن الحالية في دوفر.

وأضاف أن شقيقته وكل زوجات بن لادن تحت الإقامة الجبرية وأنه لا يسمح لجميع أفراد العائلة بمغادرة المكان وأبدى قلقه من الحالة التي وصل إليها الأبناء الذي قال إنهم لم يروا ضوء الشمس منذ وقت طويل وأن ظروفهم الصحية قد تتدهور خاصة مع دخول فصل الشتاء وحول الظروف التي يعيشونها قال السادة إن جميع عائلة بن لادن تسكن في منزل واحد وتفرض عليهم السلطات حراسة مشدده وتمنع الجميع من زيارتهم قائلاً إنه وبصعوبة جداً أستطاع اللقاء بشقيقته وأولادها .

وحول انتقال كل عائلة بن لادن إلى قطر قال "السادة" أن السلطات الباكستانية لا تزال تتحفظ بالعائلة وأنها لم تستجب لأي جهود من قبل السفارة اليمنية هناك والتي تبذل جهوداً كبيرة لاستعادة شقيقته حسب وصفه وإعادتها إلى اليمن وناشد عبر إيلاف جميع المنظمات الحقوقية إلى مخاطبة الحكومة الباكستانية للإيفاء بما وعدت به في وقت سابق ودعا جميع الناشطين الحقوقيين في اليمن إلى مساندته في إستعاده شقيقته وأولادها حيث وقد مضت فترة كبيرة وهو لا يزال في باكستان في ظروف معيشية صعبة.

This bill, passed late last night in a 93-7 vote, declares the entire USA to be a "battleground" upon which U.S. military forces can operate with impunity, overriding Posse Comitatus and granting the military the unchecked power to arrest, detain, interrogate and even assassinate U.S. citizens with impunity.

Even WIRED magazine was outraged at this bill, reporting:

Senate Wants the Military to Lock You Up Without Trial

...the detention mandate to use indefinite military detention in terrorism cases isn't limited to foreigners. It's confusing, because two different sections of the bill seem to contradict each other, but in the judgment of the University of Texas' Robert Chesney — a nonpartisan authority on military detention — "U.S. citizens are included in the grant of detention authority."

The passage of this law is nothing less than an outright declaration of WAR against the American People by the military-connected power elite. If this is signed into law, it will shred the remaining tenants of the Bill of Rights and unleash upon America a total military dictatorship, complete with secret arrests, secret prisons, unlawful interrogations, indefinite detainment without ever being charged with a crime, the torture of Americans and even the "legitimate assassination" of U.S. citizens right here on American soil!

Russia Threatens to Kill NATO War in Afghanistan

Following the Pakistani government’s recent decision to shut down NATO supply lines into Afghanistan indefinitely, Russian officials upped the ante by subtly threatening to close off northern routes for the occupation if the U.S.-led military alliance refuses to back down on a proposed missile defense system in Europe. According to analysts, such a move by Russia at this point would either spark a new war or force a rapid withdrawal of supply-starved Western forces from the region.

Russian Ambassador to NATO Dmitri Rogozin was widely quoted last week as saying that if the military alliance refuses to offer a serious response to the Kremlin’s demands, "we have to address matters in relations in other areas." And the Russian government’s cooperation in the NATO occupation of Afghanistan could be one of those areas, he warned.

Supply routes through Pakistan for the Afghan war effort — which delivered about half of the alliance’s supplies — were completely sealed off late last month. The border closures came after NATO forces killed more than two dozen Pakistani military officers and soldiers in an attack inside Pakistan’s borders.

Western officials apologized for the killings. But it was not enough. Outraged Pakistanis poured into the streets as the regime ordered border crossings and U.S. airbases closed. NATO chiefs were left scrambling to route all of the necessary supplies through the "Northern Distribution Network" via Russia and former Soviet states bordering Afghanistan to the north.

The new geopolitical situation — NATO’s absolute reliance on Russian cooperation to keep the landlocked Afghan war going — has given the Kremlin a powerful bargaining tool. And while the Russian regime has supported the NATO occupation so far, that could change.

The U.S. government recently worked out agreements with its counterparts in Romania and Turkey to set up new missile defense systems — supposedly to protect Europe from a hypothetical attack by Iran. But the Russian regime is not happy about it, arguing that it would alter the nuclear balance of geopolitical power, and has become increasingly vocal in recent weeks.

Another contentious issue straining relations between Washington and Moscow is the Russian government’s controversial alliance with the regime of Syrian “President” Bashar Al-Assad. NATO governments have become increasingly aggressive, applying new waves of sanctions on Syria and even issuing veiled hints of a possible regime-change operation in the works.

Meanwhile, Russian authorities have steadfastly refused to cooperate with the Western belligerence toward Assad. The communist dictatorship ruling mainland China and the Russian government both recently vetoed a resolution in the United Nations Security Council condemning the Syrian regime. And Russia is expected to continue frustrating NATO efforts at the international level — especially after what happened in Libya.

But with Russia’s newfound leverage, the U.S. government and the military alliance are in a tough spot, analysts said. “Simply raising the possibility of cutting supply lines forces NATO and the United States to recalculate their position in Afghanistan,” noted George Friedman, founder of the Austin, Texas-based intelligence firm Stratfor. “No matter how small the probability, it places more than 100,000 U.S. and allied troops in a vulnerable position.”

Most observers agreed that Russia was probably unlikely to follow through with the threat, at least not as a first response. Blocking NATO’s supplies would, of course, create enormous problems for the Western occupation of Afghanistan. But it would also create more than a few headaches for the Russian government.

Still, it is not outside the realm of possibility.

"If the U.S. is not responsive, then a cutoff could be a reality at some point," said Ivan Safranchuk, deputy head of the Institute of Contemporary International Studies in Moscow. "Russia would like the U.S. to be more serious about Russian concerns."

Other Russian analysts defended the nation’s right to use such a threat as a bargaining tool to pressure the U.S. government. “There are processes which are critically important for Russia — which are about Russia’s national security,” explained Yury Krupnov of the Institute for Demography, Migration and Regulation Development.

Citing Washington’s proposed missile program in Europe and the expansion of NATO along Russia’s borders “without taking into consideration Russia’s concerns,” Krupnov told Russian TV network RT that the policies give Moscow the right “to use any leverage it has to be heard by its partner.”

If the supply routes were eventually cut off, analysts universally acknowledge that the consequences would be devastating for NATO and U.S. forces. The Western-backed regime of Afghan leader Hamid Karzai would almost certainly collapse quickly, too.

Strategy Professor Michael Vlahos at the U.S. Naval War College explained that Russia has even more leverage than Pakistan right now. “The U.S. has a very tenuous kind of placement in Afghanistan and it is highly vulnerable to the Pakistanis,” he told RT. “But it is more vulnerable to Russia. If Russia were to withdraw its permission for the U.S. to use its rail lines we would be in a very difficult position in Afghanistan.”

Pakistani analysts, meanwhile, were even more blunt about the potential catastrophic scenario. Experts cited by Pakistan's The News International said the Russian threat, if acted upon, would deliver the “deathblow” to the NATO occupation, creating a “cold deathtrap” for Western forces that would cause massive casualties.

“Americans and NATO troops have been strangled in Afghanistan,” said retired Lt. Gen. Hamid Gul, the former chief of Pakistan’s Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) agency. And if Russia follows through, which Gul believes is a very real possibility, the situation would become even more dire for Western powers.

“NATO troops will have to exit Vietnam-style,” Gul noted, calling for cooperation between the governments of Pakistan and Russia on the matter. “And that, too, by using Pakistan’s airspace, because Iran will never let U.S.A. use its airspace.”

Even if Russia is bluffing, however, massive damage has already been done. Analysts pointed out that the vulnerability of the Western alliance and its occupation has been unveiled for the world — and the Afghan fighters battling the coalition — to see.

“The United States and NATO have been exposed as waging a war that depended on the willingness of first Pakistan and now increasingly Russia to permit the movement of supplies through their respective territories,” wrote Stratfor’s Friedman. “Were they both to suspend that privilege, the United States would face the choice of going to war to seize supply lines — something well beyond U.S. conventional capacity at this time — or to concede the war.… Washington, of course, hopes the Pakistanis will reconsider and that the Russians are simply blowing off steam. Hope, however, is not a strategy.”

The NATO-led International Security Assistance Force in Afghanistan tried to downplay concerns. "Whatever terms need to be negotiated they will be handled between diplomats and the states of the Northern Distribution Network,” a spokesman was quoted as saying in The Australian. “ISAF does not negotiate with the Russians on border crossing rights." All supplies through the NDN, however, currently pass through Russian territory before reaching the Afghan border.

Following the Russian statements, U.S. Ambassador to NATO Ivo Daalder proclaimed that President Obama planned to proceed with the missile defense system "whether Russia likes it or not." Russian leaders, meanwhile, have reportedly already ordered the military to develop plans for attacking and disabling the as-yet non-existent U.S. missile sites in Europe.

Some analysts expected an eventual triumph of diplomacy on the supply-lines and missile-shield issues. Others, however, warned that the escalating tensions might even be the beginning of an impending third world war.

'US sends terrorists to fight Syria govt.'

The US has reportedly released hundreds of terrorists from its prisons in Iraq on condition that they leave the country for Syria and fight against the government of President Bashar al-Assad.

More than 400 terrorist have been freed from US prisons in Iraq to help fuel unrest in Syria, Islam Times quoted Lebanese political analyst Anis al-Naqqash as saying. He added that they have entered Syria illegally via Turkey.

Naqqash also criticized Arab media for leading a propaganda campaign against the Syrian government and trying to implicate the Syrian army for the killing of hundreds of civilians and unarmed demonstrators.

He added that the Arab media refuse to report the atrocities committed by armed groups in Syria which has left nearly 2,000 security personnel dead.

Meanwhile, Turkish lawmaker Birgul Ayman Guler, the deputy chairperson of Turkey's main opposition party, the Republican People's Party (CHP), said that Western media outlets are not reflecting the reality in Syria.

Guler, who visited Syria about one month ago as part of a Turkish delegation comprised of 38 women, told Press TV on Tuesday that the reality in Syria is different from what the Western media outlets are reporting.

''What we understood during the visit was that the Western media were lying about the situation in Syria,'' she said, adding that foreign elements, such as the United States and the European Union, are trying to carry out a plot in Syria.

Syria has been experiencing unrest since mid-March, with demonstrations being held both against and in favor of President Bashar al-Assad. Hundreds of people, including members of the security forces, have been killed in the turmoil.

The opposition and Western countries accuse Syrian security forces of being behind the killings in the country, but Damascus blames what it describes as outlaws, saboteurs and armed terrorist groups for the deadly violence, stressing that the unrest is being orchestrated from abroad.

President Assad has warned against any foreign attack against Syria, saying the military action will cause instability in the whole Middle East.

Pakistan PM: No more "business as usual" with U.S

ISLAMABAD (Reuters) - Pakistan's Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani ruled out "business as usual" with the United States on Monday after a NATO attack killed 24 Pakistani soldiers, and the army threatened to curtail cooperation with Washington onAfghanistan drastically.

Saturday's incident on Pakistan's border with Afghanistan has complicated U.S. attempts to ease a crisis in relations withIslamabad and stabilize the region before foreign combat troops leave Afghanistan.

"Business as usual will not be there," Gilani told CNN when asked if the relationship with the United States would continue. "We have to have something bigger so as to satisfy my nation."

Gilani's comments reflect the fury of the Pakistani government and military, and the pressure they are under from their own people. "You cannot win any war without the support of the masses," he said. "We need the people with us."

The relationship, he said, would continue only if based on "mutual respect and mutual interest." Asked if Pakistan was receiving that respect, Gilani replied: "At the moment, not."

Gilani's comments cap a day of growing pressure from the Pakistani military, which threatened to reduce cooperation on peace efforts in Afghanistan.

"This could have serious consequences in the level and extent of our cooperation," military spokesman Major General Athar Abbas told Reuters.

Pakistan has a long history of ties to militant groups in Afghanistan so it is uniquely positioned to help bring about a peace settlement, a top foreign policy and security goal for the Obama administration.

Washington believes Islamabad can play a critical role in efforts to pacify Afghanistan before all NATO combat troops pull out in 2014, and cannot afford to alienate its ally.

Pakistan shut down NATO supply routes into Afghanistan in retaliation for the weekend shooting incident, the worst of its kind since Islamabad allied itself with Washington in 2001.

"We have been here before. But this time it's much more serious," said Farzana Sheikh, associate fellow of the Asia program at Chatham House in London.

"The government has taken a very stern view. It's not quite clear at this stage what more Pakistani authorities can do, apart from suspending supplies to NATO forces in Afghanistan."

Adding a new element to tensions, and a diplomatic boost for Islamabad, Pakistan's ally China said it was "deeply shocked" by the incident and expressed "strong concern for the victims and profound condolences for Pakistan.

Russia, which has been seeking warmer relations with Pakistan as worry grows over the NATO troop pullout in Afghanistan, said it was "unacceptable" to violate the sovereignty of states even when hunting "terrorists."

On Saturday, NATO helicopters and fighter jets attacked two military outposts in northwest Pakistan, killing the 24 soldiers and wounding 13 others, the army said.

"TRAGIC, UNINTENDED"

NATO described the killings as a "tragic, unintended incident" and said an investigation was underway. A Western official and an Afghan security official who requested anonymity said NATO troops were responding to fire from across the border.

Pakistan's military denied NATO forces had come under fire before launching the attack, saying the strike was unprovoked and reserving the right to retaliate.

Abbas said the attack lasted two hours despite warnings from Pakistani border posts. "They were contacted through the local hotline and also there had been contacts through the director-general of military operations. But despite that, this continued," he said.

After a string of deadly incidents in the largely lawless and confusing border region, NATO and Pakistan set up the hotline that should allow them to communicate in case of confusion over targets and avoid "friendly fire."

Both the Western and Pakistani explanations are possibly correct: that a retaliatory attack by NATO troops took a tragic, mistaken turn in harsh terrain where differentiating friend from foe can be difficult.

An Afghan Taliban commander, Mullah Samiullah Rahmani, said the group had not been engaged in any fighting with NATO or Afghan forces in the area when the incident took place. But he added that Taliban fighters control several Afghan villages near the border with Pakistan.

A similar cross-border incident on September 30, 2010, which killed two Pakistani service personnel, led to the closure of one of NATO's supply routes through Pakistan for 10 days.

The attack was the latest perceived provocation by the United States, which infuriated and embarrassed Pakistan's powerful military in May with a unilateral special forces raid that killed al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden.

OBAMA EFFIGY BURNED

The main Pakistani association that delivers fuel to NATO forces in Afghanistan said it would not resume supplies soon in protest against the NATO strike.

In the Mohmand region, where the attack took place, hundreds of angry tribesmen yelled "Death to America." About 200 lawyers protested in Peshawar city, some burning an effigy of U.S. President Barack Obama.

Newspaper editorials were strident. "We have to send a clear and unequivocal message to NATO and America that our patience has run out. If even a single bullet of foreign forces crosses into our border, then two fires will be shot in retaliation," said the mass-circulation Urdu language Jang newspaper.

The NATO strike has shifted attention away from what critics say is Pakistan's failure to go after militants.

Pakistan joined the U.S. global war on militancy launched after al Qaeda's September 11, 2001, attacks on the United States, and won billions of dollars in aid in return.

But the unstable, nuclear-armed country has often been described as an unreliable ally, and the United States has resorted to controversial drone aircraft strikes against militants on Pakistani territory to pursue its aims.

U.S. frustrations grew so much that Obama ordered the raid that killed bin Laden in Pakistan be kept secret, knowing it could make the United States even more unpopular in Pakistan.

الانشقاقات عن الجيش السوري التابع للنظام مستمرة (الفرنسية)

أجرت السلطات الليبية الجديدة محادثات سرية مع "المتمردين" السوريين الجمعة تحدث الجانبان خلالها عن أنجع الطرق لتأمين أسلحة وأموال للمساعدة في التمرد ضد نظام الرئيس بشار الأسد, وفق ما كشفته ديلي تلغراف البريطانية.

وذكرت الصحيفة أن السوريين طلبوا في اللقاء الذي تم في إسطنبول بحضور مسؤولين أتراك دعما من الممثلين الليبيين، وأن أسلحة عرضت عليهم مع احتمال إرسال متطوعين لمساعدتهم.

ونقلت عن مصدر ليبي اشترط عدم كشف هويته قوله "إن شيئا يجري التخطيط له لإرسال أسلحة وربما حتى مقاتلين من ليبيا إلى سوريا" مضيفا أن تدخلا عسكريا يجري الإعداد له وأنه "في غضون أسابيع قليلة سوف يتكشف للعيان".

وعلمت تلغراف أيضا أن مناقشات أولية بشأن إمدادات الأسلحة جرت بين الطرفين عندما زار أفراد من الوطني السوري ليبيا في وقت سابق هذا الشهر.

ووفق الناشط بحقوق الإنسان ذي العلاقة بالوطني السوري وسام طاريس, فإن الليبيين يقدمون المال والتدريب والأسلحة إلى ذلك المجلس. ويؤكد أن الانتقالي الليبي جاد في عرضه.

وتقول مصادر بمدينة مصراتة الليبية إن أسلحة ربما تم بالفعل إرسالها. ووفق أحد مهربي السلاح خلال الثورة الليبية, فإن بعض الأشخاص قد تم بالفعل توقيفهم بينما كانوا يبيعون أسلحة لمشترين سوريين.

ويتزامن الكشف عن هذه الأخبار مع هجوم نفذه "متمردون" سوريون على قاعدة جوية خارج مدينة حمص مما أدى لمقتل ستة طيارين، وفقا لبيان صادر عن الجيش السوري.

ويقول عضو المجلس العسكري بطرابلس حامد الماجري إن الليبيين يشعرون بتحالف وثيق مع السوريين خصوصا أن "بشار أرسل أسلحة للقذافي خلال الثورة الليبية، وثمة مئات الأشخاص الذين يريدون الذهاب للقتال في سوريا، أو المساعدة بوسائل أخرى وفق استطاعتهم".

رفع الأعلام السوداء في بنغازي يثير مخاوف الغرب من القاعدة

سلط الإعلام الغربي أضواءه على نبأ يقول إن «القاعدة» رفعت علمها فوق أحد رموز الثورة الليبية متمثلا في مبنى محكمة بنغازي. وتكمن أهمية هذا المبنى في أنه صار مركزا لتنظيم القتال الذي أنهت 42 عاما من حكم نظام معمّر القذافي.

الخبر ورد أولا على موقع «فايس دوت كوم» الذي قال إن العلم الأسود، الذي يحمل الشهادتين بالأبيض فوق قمر مكتمل بالأصفر، يرفرف جنبا الى جنب مع العلم الليبي القديم الذي تبناه الثوار. وقال الموقع إن المجلس الوطني الانتقالي نفى مسؤوليته عن هذا الأمر أو أي علم له بمن رفعه.

وأضاف الموقع إن «الإسلاميين» شوهدوا وهم يقودون سياراتهم في مختلف أنحاء المدينة وهم يلوحون بهذا العلم ويهتفون «لا شرقية ولا غربية، جمهورية إسلامية». وتخاطفت وسائل الإعلام النبأ فورا، فقالت «ديلي تليغراف» البريطانية إن هذا التطور «يأتي في أعقاب فرض الثوار أحكام الشريعة في بعض مناطق البلاد بعد تسلمهم السطلة فيها».

وأعادت الى الأذهان إعلان مصطفى عبد الجليل، رئيس المجلس الوطني الانتقالي، أن الشريعة ستكون هي مصدر القوانين في ليبيا الحرّة. وقالت إن ذلك التصريح أثار مخاوف عميقة في عواصم الغرب وأن رفع علم القاعدة على مبنى محكمة بنغازي سيضيف الآن قدرا كبيرا الى هذه المخاوف.

وتبعا للصحيفة فإن كل هذا يحدث على خلفية تنذر بالخطر وهي الأنباء التي تفيد أن الشقاق بدأ يدب وسط فصائل الثوار وأن الأمر بلغ حد القتال بين فصيلين منها في أحد مستشفيات طرابلس تبعا لما أوردته الأنباء الواردة من هناك يوم الاثنين.

وقالت إن هذا الأمر يضيف المزيد بدوره الى القلق المتعاظم إزاء أن لا أحد يبدو قادرا على السيطرة على الآلاف من حملة السلاح في العاصمة وغيرها من المدن والبلدات، وأن الحكومة المؤقتة الجديدة قد تعجز بالكامل عن اتخاذ اللازم بهذا الشأن وفرض الأمن والنظام.

مفكرة الاسلام: أعلن الداعية السعودي الشيخ عوض القرني رصد مكافأة مالية بقيمة 100 ألف دولار لأي فلسطيني يتمكن من أسر عسكري "إسرائيلي" داخل فلسطين بهدف مبادلته بأسرى في سجون الاحتلال، وذلك ردًّا على قيام عائلة يهودية برصد مكافأة مماثلة لأي شخص يقوم باغتيال أسيرين فلسطينيين تم الإفراج عنهما في إطار صفقة تبادل الأسرى مؤخرًا.
وقال القرني في حسابه على شبكة التواصل الاجتماعي "فيسبوك": إن هذه المكافأة تأتي ردًّا على قيام مستوطنين برصد مبالغ مالية طائلة لمن يقتل أسرى فلسطينيين محررين.
وأضاف: "تناقلت وسائل الإعلام خبر دفع المستوطنين الصهاينة مبالغ مالية طائلة لمن يقتل الأسرى الفلسطينيين المطلقين، وللرد على هؤلاء المجرمين أعلن للعالم أن أي فلسطيني يقوم داخل فلسطين بأسر عسكري "إسرائيلي" ليبادل بالأسرى.. إنني ألتزم بأن أدفع مكافأة وجائزة له مقدارها مائة ألف دولار".
وقوبل إعلان القرني بترحيب كبير من جانب نشطاء "فيسبوك"، إذ أبدى نحو 700 شخص إعجابهم به، في حين أشاد نحو 200 شخص في تعليقاتهم بمواقفه الجريئة والمساندة لقضايا الأمة.
واشتهر عن القرني أنه مساند بقوة للقضية الفلسطينية، حيث دعا خلال الحرب على غزة لضرب المصالح "الإسرائيلية" في كل مكان حول العالم، كما أنه عارض بشدة بناء مصر للجدار الفولاذي على حدودها مع قطاع غزة، واتهم الحكام العرب بالتواطؤ.
وكانت عائلة ليفمان التي تقطن في مستوطنة "يتسهار" بالقرب من مدينة نابلس بالضفة الغربية قد أعلنت في الأسبوع الماضي عن جائزة مالية بقيمة 100 ألف دولار في أعقاب تنفيذ صفقة تبادل الأسرى والإفراج عن 477 أسيرًا يمثلون الدفعة الأولى من الصفقة التي تم بموجبها إطلاق الجندي "الإسرائيلي" جلعاد شاليط.
ونقلت صحيفة "معاريف" عن العائلة اليهودية أن الأسيرين المحررين خويلد وتزار رمضان وهما من قرية تل القريبة من نابلس أدينا قبل 13 عامًا بقتل شلومو ليفمان وهارئيل بن نون خلال تجولهما في مستوطنة "يتسهار" التي تعتبر أحد معاقل غلاة المستوطنين المتطرفين.
ونشرت عائلة ليفمان الإعلان عن الجائزة في موقع إلكتروني تابع للمستوطنين المتطرفين في الضفة الغربية باللغات التركية والعربية والإنجليزية، إضافة إلى العبرية، ويظهر في الإعلان صورتان حديثتان للأسيرين المحررين مع وعد بمنح جائزة بقيمة 100 ألف دولار لمن يقتلهما.
وكتب في الإعلان أن الجائزة ستمنح لمن "يقبض على القاتلين وينتقم منهما وفقًا لقانون توراة موسى"، علمًا بأن أحد هذين الأسيرين المحررين قد تم إبعاده إلى قطاع غزة فيما تم إبعاد الآخر إلى تركيا.

أمريكية تدهس 3 أطفال أردنيين وتقتل أحدهم لتشاجرهم مع ابنيها

دهست سيدة أمريكية تقيم في الأردن بسيارتها ثلاثة أطفال، انتقامًا منهم بعد أن تشاجروا مع ابنيها، مما أدى لمقتل أحدهم.

وقال مصدر قضائي لوكالة "يونايتد برس إنترنشونال": إن السيدة التي تواجه تهمتي القتل القصد والشروع في القتل دهست الأطفال الثلاثة يوم الخميس الماضي في منطقة الجبيهة بعمَّان، ما أدى إلى مقتل طفل يبلغ من العمر 12 عامًا وإصابة اثنين من أصدقائه، بعد أن تعمدت صدمهم بسيارتها.

وأضاف المصدر: إن طفلي السيدة البالغة من العمر 29 عامًا ذهبا إلى متجر قريب من المنزل لشراء بعض الحاجيات حينما شاهدتهما يتشاجران مع ثلاثة أطفال آخرين، فنزلت على الفور وأعادتهما إلى المنزل، وأخذت مباشرة مفتاح سيارتها وانطلقت بها بسرعة جنونية، حيث كانت تقود مرة يسارًا وأخرى يمينًا.

وصدمت جراء ذلك طفلاً بالمكان كان يسير على طرف الشارع ثم انطلقت باتجاه الطفل الآخر في إحدى الدخلات الفرعية وقامت بصدمه هو الآخر، فيما لاحقت الطفل الثالث الذي لقي مصرعه عندما أخذ يركض محتميًا بشجرة اختبأ وراءها، لكنها هاجمته بصدم تلك الشجرة حيث خرج من وراءها هاربًا إلى الشارع، عندها قامت بصدمه وألصقته بالحائط وتوفي على الفور جراء تهتك الأحشاء الداخلية وخروجها من الجسم إضافة إلى إصابته بكسور متعددة بمنطقة الحوض والنزف الدموي.

وأوضح المصدر أن المدعي العام باشر التحقيق مع السيدة التي بررت جريمتها أثناء التحقيق معها أنها أرادت تخويف الأطفال لأنهم قاموا بضرب ابنيها. وذكر أن المدعي العام أصدر قرارًا بتوقيف السيدة بسجن النساء لمدة 15 يومًا على ذمة التحقيق بعد أن وجه لها تهمتي القتل القصد والشروع في القتل. وأكد المصدر أن عائلة الطفل المتوفى وعائلتي الطفلين المصابين طالبوا بالادعاء على السيدة.

Atlantic Quakes Could Trigger Mega-Tsunami

Dangerous developments in the bizarre Canary Islands earthquake swarm, which began in July, have the government of the small East Atlantic nation worried -- but the threat reaches far beyond, across the ocean to the U.S. East Coast.

Eleven years ago the BBC introduced the Canaries mega-tsunami theory to the English-speaking world in a broadcast special, since then rebroadcast widely and frequently, that named La Palma as the trigger for an Atlantic Apocalypse:

The mainstay theory seems perilously possible now, but the mainstream media is strangely silent about it. After airing the mega-tsunami scenario when it was an abstraction, why do they avoid it now that it's becoming an actuality? While it's bad for journalists to be an alarmist, it's far worse for them to not report an alarming possibility, or for his editors to bury their reports. While Internet investigators are ridiculed as conspiracy theorists, in the case of a possible mega-tsunami -- one that could liquidate millions of lives -- there is plainly a conspiracy of silence. After Fukushima, how can a journalist wave off a tsunami story?

أعلنت وزارة الصحة وفاة 22 حالة وإصابة 140 آخرين، عقب قيام متظاهرين مسيحيين بالتعدي على قوات من الجيش ورجال الشرطة العسكريَّة بالأسلحة النارية والسيوف والخناجر والسنج، أمام مبنى اتحاد الإذاعة والتليفزيون بكورنيش النيل "ماسبيرو".

وصرَّح رئيس الإدارة المركزية للرعاية الحرجة والعاجلة الدكتور خالد الخطيب بأنّ عدد المصابين فى أحداث ماسبيرو ارتفع إلى 140 استقبلتهم مستشفيات بولاق ومعهد ناصر والقبطى والهلال وكوبري القبة.
من جانبه دعا رئيس الوزراء الدكتور عصام شرف لضبط النفس حتى تتمكن مصر من عبور هذه المرحلة المهمة، قائلاً إنّ المستفيد الوحيد هم أعداء الثورة وأعداء الشعب المصري من مسلميه ومسيحييه.

وتوقف المشاركون في المسيرة عند ميدان القللى وسط القاهرة, مرددين (باطل... باطل), في الوقت الذي تواجدت فيه الأجهزة الأمنيّة المعنية بوزارة الداخلية لتأمين المسيرة، وضمان عدم حدوث ما يخل بالأمن العام، أو تكرار الاحتكاكات مرة أخرى.
تجدر الإشارة إلى أنّ محافظ أسوان كان قد صرّح بأنّه "وافق على طلب الأقباط بإعادة بناء مضيفة كانت من الخشب والبوص بارتفاع تسعة أمتار، إلا أنّ الأقباط تجاوزا ذلك، وأن المسلمين في القرية غضبوا من هذا، واعترف الأقباط بهذا التجاوز ووعدوا بإزالة الأمتار الزائدة, إلا أنّ التنفيذ تأخر كثيرًا, وهو ما أغضب أحد الشيوخ الذي قام بتجميع الشباب عقب صلاة الجمعة لإزالة الارتفاع الزائد بأنفسهم.. وقال: "ما يتردد عن الاعتداء على كنيسة وبها مسيحيون في القرية لا أساس له من الصحة، وأن الحريق الذي حدث تم في حجرة للمقاول الذي تأخر في هدم الارتفاع الزائد وليس في المضيفة، وتم إخماده".
وكانت الكتلة القبطية أعلنت الجمعة الماضية عن انطلاق مسيرات الغضب القبطيّة، من دوران شبرا، يقودها اتحاد شباب ماسبيرو، سيرًا إلى شارع رمسيس، متجهة إلى مبنى الإذاعة والتلفزيون "ماسبيرو"، للانضمام لعدد من التحالفات القبطية والحزبية المشاركة، للمطالبة بموقف واضح للدولة إزاء أحداث المريناب الأخيرة، وذلك اعتبارًا من الساعة الرابعة مساء إلى الثامنة.

NEW YORK, Oct. 5 (Xinhua) -- The "Occupy Wall Street" movement targeting corporate greed, which has rocked multiple U.S. metropolises over the past weeks, seemed to have gained new momentum on Wednesday, as thousands of New York City union workers took to the streets in downtown Manhattan and marched toward the city's financial heartland.

Under heavy police surveillance, the union workers, including teachers, nurses and writers, set out from Zuccotti Park, a privately-owned property near Wall Street, where "Occupy Wall Street" protesters have camped out in sleeping bags for about three weeks, and marched toward Foley Square north of the famous financial district, shouting slogans like "Wall Street should buy stocks not politicians," "Time is up for Wall Street bankers."

They represent more than 15 of the country's biggest labor unions as well as a number of notable community organizations, including United Auto Workers, Chinatown Tenants Union, Transit Workers' Union, Working Families Party and United NY.

James Weatherby, a protester from the American federation of state, county and municipal employees, told Xinhua reporters: "As the middle class we are falling apart ... It is getting worse and worse ... We have tried but there are just no jobs. We need to change the tax structure, (and) the government is supposed to be here to protect us."

"The middle class is taking the change. We are screwed by the wealthy. There are two parts of the society: the have and the have- not. The politicians did not hear us, but the Wall Street," said Weatherby.

John Samuelsen, president of Transport Workers' Union, or TWU local 100, told local media that the recent protests on Wall Street are, to a large extent, singing the same song and fighting the same battle as his union has done for the last 18 months.

"Basically that working families in New York State are definitely getting shafted while the wealthiest folks in New York State get tax break," he said. "There is a sense of desperation for working people and working families in this country that the folks run the government just don't get."

Another union, known as the Amalgamated Transit Union (ATU), also voiced support for the "Occupy Wall Street" movement as it enters its third week of protests.

"The ATU applauds the Occupy Wall Street activists for their courage and strength to expose the greed and corruption on Wall Street as the rest of America struggles to survive," said Larry Hanley, ATU International President, in a statement posted at the organization's website. "These young people are speaking for the vast majority of Americans who are frustrated by the bankers and brokers who have profited on the backs of hard working people."

From Foley Square, the protesters were joined by some university students, and then marched back to Zuccotti Park via Wall Street.

"This is an incredible movement because the system is broken. We are here to fix the system. We can make the real change and make our voice heard via grassroots movement," said 21-year-old Bre Lembitz, a fourth-year college student, hailing Wednesday's parade as a success in terms of the public attention given to " Occupy Wall Street."

The parade, to the accompaniment of dramatic drum beating, turned out to be quite peaceful, in a sharp contrast to what had happened on Sept. 24 and Oct. 1, when hundreds of protesters were arrested for allegedly attempting to enter cordoned-off areas or block traffic on the Brooklyn Bridge.

A New York police officer, speaking on condition of anonymity, told Xinhua at Zuccotti Park that the police have been taking morning, afternoon and night shifts to keep watch on the protesters in case of any emergency. He also claimed that the police would try their best to avoid any further clashes.

The "Occupy Wall Street" protests emerged on Sept. 17, with only a few dozen demonstrators -- mostly young people -- trying to erect tents before the New York Stock Exchange. With access denied by the police, they turned to Zuccotti Park as their camping ground. The number of participants has since grown to hundreds, with such facilities as food stand, mini-library and makeshift hospital set up on site. They even started to publish their own newspaper, ironically titled "The Occupied Wall Street Journal."

The protesters speak loudly against corporate greed, social inequality, global climate change and other problems. But except for venting their anger and desperation, they have so far failed to render any clear political demand or reform scheme.

Nevertheless, they have found vehement support from a host of social celebrities. Peter Paul, a key member of the Peter Paul/ Mary band which enjoyed high popularity in the 1960s, on Tuesday led his family to Zuccotti Park and staged a chorus based on the famous song "Blowin' in the Wind."

Still, stock traders at the New York Stock Exchange have largely ignored the protests, showing little belief that they could impact the market or the country's financial system in any way.

Professor Patrick Bolton of Columbia Business School echoed such views, dismissing speculation that the movement might further spread.

"Protesters seem to be inspired by the examples of Egypt and the 15-M movement in Spain," said Bolton. "The Spanish example is maybe more relevant ... if you look at what happened, the movement just petered out, and now the focus is on the general elections."

"I expect that the same will happen with the Wall Street protests," he said. "The reason is that the main concern in the U. S. is long-term unemployment and sluggish economy, and the Wall Street protests are not about these fundamental issues."

"The protests will just fade away," Bolton told Xinhua. "In the end what will grab people's attention is credible solutions to the unemployment problem."

But at least for now, movement activists -- either in New York or in other parts of the country, are sounding no retreat.

On Wednesday in Chicago, Illinois, more than 100 "Occupy Chicago" demonstrators chose to spend their 13th day of protests camping outside the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, despite police efforts to relocate the group.

Meanwhile, supporters of "Occupy Wall Street" in Los Angles, California also said they would stage a large-scale demonstration on Thursday. (Annie Bao, Zhang Ying'ao, Yu Liang and Huo Siying also contributed to the story.)

It is hardly surprising that President Obama ordered the assassinations of Osama bin Laden and Anwar al-Awlaki since the last thing he wants is to bring any leader of al-Qaeda to trial. If the U.S. wanted bin Laden to have his day in court it might have had the Navy Seals go against his lightly defended hideout with stun grenades or tear gas instead of launching a shoot-to-kill attack.

As The New Yorker article "Getting bin Laden" of August 8 by reporter Nicholas Schmidle makes clear, the bin Laden slaying was a shoot-and-kill operation from the get-go and "all along, the SEALs had planned to dump bin Laden's corpse into the sea." Schmidle writes that when the SEALs came upon Obama in his three-story compound in Abbottabad that he was unarmed and that those guarding him had already been killed. It would have been the easiest thing in the world to capture him and put him on trial. Instead, by having the SEALs execute him, Obama made good on his 2008 campaign pledge, "We will kill bin Laden" and spared the American public the story of how the U.S. created al-Qaeda in the first place and why and how the terrorist band turned against Washington.

Reporter Schmidle writes the bin Laden slaying was a CIA covert operation, so it was a natural fit for the President. For years a CIA employee, Obama shares the Agency's criminal outlook, which has long been the expropriation of the energy resources of the Middle East. To further this goal, Obama vastly increased the number of drone assassination terror strikes by the CIA over those ordered by his predecessor George W. Bush, and this escalation has also led, reliable sources inform us, to the killing of hundreds of innocent civilians---a figure that now may well number a thousand or more. I underscore: innocent civilians. Ask yourself, how any civilized man can purchase the destruction of an accused enemy at the price of the murders of so many innocent bystanders, including women and children?

And why no trials? Well, it is hard to think of any aggressorin history who sought to put his foreign captives on trial. As a rule, invaders don't do that. The U.S. surely hasn't done this in the Middle East. Of the thousands of "terrorist" captives (and I put the term in quotes because in my book a man is still innocent until proved guilty in court) arrested and held for years in Iraq, Afghanistan, Guantanamo, and other hell holes, how many have been put on trial? How many have had lawyers? How many have had anything resembling due process? How many have been allowed to contact their families? The late entertainer Michael Jackson's physician currently is on trial in a procedure exposed on nation-wide television---but which captive of the Pentagon allegedly guilty of the grave crime of seeking to destroy America by force and violence has been afforded a like opportunity to defend himself in a public trial?

If there was the slightest shred of justice in the CIA's renditions, it has been obliterated by the burdens the U.S. has heaped on the several lawyers allowed to represent a handful of the accused, making it difficult for them to visit their clients, to speak to their clients, and to represent them fairly. Worse, the Pentagon has dressed military personnel in civilian suits and sent them to tell captives they are their court-appointed lawyers and can speak to them freely when, in fact, they are spies! And nothing points to American culpability so much as the widespread torture of captives. When, in the annals of human history, has a nation using such foul methods ever been in the right? When has any nation that closets men in secret prisons to deny access to them by the International Red Cross not had something ghastly to hide? When, in all of human history, has any nation that ever outspent all the other nations on the planet combined on armaments not been an aggressor state?

Let's be clear about this: the nation that arrests suspects without first going before a judge to make its case is no respecter of human rights. Just the opposite. Its violation of international law is precisely what it accuses those it arrests of doing. Al-Awlaki's slaying by the U.S. "is a real body blow against the United States Constitution by the Obama administration---the murder and assassination of a U.S. citizen in gross violation of the Fifth Amendment," says Francis Boyle, the distinguished authority on international law at the University of Illinois, Champaign. This states: "No person shall...be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law."

Instead, Boyle says, this was a "Mafia-style 'hit'" on a U.S. citizen authorized by President Obama, a graduate of Harvard Law School and former constitutional law professor at the University of Chicago whose action "proves how degraded and bankrupt legal education at such elite institutions has become." Harvard's moral bankruptcy, though, is the least of it.

The killing of al-Awlaki is no cause for rejoicing by the American people. Not only has President Obama once again authorized a murder but by denying al-Awlaki any chance of a fair trial Obama cheats the American people of their right to hear what the defendant has to say. One of the great blessings of trial by jury enshrined in centuries of Anglo-Saxon jurisprudence is its educational aspect. There is not only sworn testimony presented by the involved parties but the opportunity to examine and cross-examine witnesses and to get at the motives for their conduct and to determine the truth of their positions. There is the opportunity to hear opening and closing arguments by both the defendant and the prosecution and to evaluate them calmly and weigh them one against the other. In the present situation, the prosecution is trying al-Awlaki, like bin Laden before him, in the compliant media of the American Warfare State.

Boyle charges that as the CIA originally established Al Qaeda to fight in Afghanistan, "they are aware of all the dirty work we have been involved in around the world since about 1980 that we have had them doing, most recently in Libya. Hence, they all get Kangaroo Courts on Gitmo that are under the complete control of the Pentagon to silence and control whatever they have to say as well as their lawyers." In short, bin Laden and al-Awlaki knew too much.

Finally, just as President Bush's attacks on Afghanistan and Iraq created a precedent for waging deceitful and illegal "preventive wars," so, too, has President Obama's latest assassination established a precedent for the murder of Americans by the White House without jury trial, opening the door to the killing, say, of any president's political opponents and dissenters. Where Hitler, Mussolini, and Tojo failed miserably, Presidents Bush and Obama have brilliantly succeeded in turning America into a totalitarian state that can execute on a president's whim. With luck, other peoples and nations will halt the spread of this American empire using creative non-violence rather than the use of force. The way to fight fire is with water.

مصادر يمنية على صلة بالقاعدة تنفي مقتل أنور العولقي

مفكرة الاسلام: قالت هيئة الإذاعة البريطانية "بي بي سي"، استنادًا إلى مصادر قبلية يمنية على صلة بالقاعدة: إن تنظيم القاعدة في اليمن مصر على نفي خبر مقتل القيادي البارز في التنظيم أنور العولقي.
وكانت مصادر يمنية وأمريكية قد أعلنت أمس الجمعة مقتل رجل الدين أمريكي المولد أنور العولقي، في غارة نفذتها طائرة تجسس بدون طيار تابعة للمخابرات الأمريكية على بلدة نائية في المنطقة الشرقية باليمن قرب الجوف ومأرب، وقد قتل معه أمريكي آخر يدعى سمير خان.
وتعهدت المصادر القبلية التي نفت نبأ مقتل العولقي ببث تسجيل مصور حديث له يثبت أنه لا يزال على قيد الحياة.
لكن مصادر مقربة من والد أنور العولقي وهو أستاذ بجامعة صنعاء أكدت أنه توجه اليوم إلى محافظة الجوف شرقي اليمن للتعرف على جثة ابنه والإشراف على دفنه إذا ما صح مقتله.
وتقول مصادر قبلية في الجوف إن جثة متفحمة ومشوهه تماما لم يمكن التعرف على هوية صاحبها بعد هي التي يعتقد أنها لأنور العولقي.
ويوصف العولقي المولود في الولايات المتحدة ويحمل الجنسية الامريكية بأنه أحد أبرز منظري تنظيم القاعدة، وكانت له تسجيلات صوتية متعددة يحض فيها على شن هجمات ضد الغرب. وهو من أبرز المطلوبين للحكومة الأمريكية.
وكشفت صحيفة "واشنطن بوست" أن قتل العولقي قد جرى بموافقة من وزارة العدل الأمريكية وردت في وثيقة سرية.
ونقلت الصحيفة عن مسئول أمريكي رفيع المستوى تأكيده أن وكالة المخابرات المركزية "السي آي آيه" ما كانت لتقتل مواطنًا أمريكيًا من دون موافقة خطيّة من وزارة العدل.
إحراج للبيت الأبيض:
من جانبه، امتنع البيت الأبيض يوم الجمعة عن الرد على اسئلة دستورية محرجة تتعلق بقتل أنور العولقي، بينما يتصاعد الجدل في الولايات المتحدة حول الحقوق التي كان يتمتع بها كمواطن أمريكي.
وانعكس الحرج الذي تشعر به الادارة الامريكية لقيامها بقتل مواطن امريكي دون مسوغ قضائي في الردود التي ادلى بها الناطق باسم البيت الابيض جاي كارني على اسئلة الصحفيين.
فقد رفض كارني تأكيد أن العولقي قتل في غارة نفذتها طائرة امريكية اصلا، إذ قال: "لن اتكلم عن ظروف مقتل العولقي، ولن اؤكد التلميحات التي تتضمنها بعض الاسئلة."
وكانت الجماعات التي تناصر الحقوق المدنية في الولايات المتحدة قد احتجت على اغتيال العولقي قائلة إنه من غير القانوني ان تقوم القوات الامريكية بقتل مواطن امريكي في ساحة المعركة دون اصدار لائحة اتهام قضائية بحقه.
وكانت الجماعات المدافعة عن الحريات المدنية قد اقامت دعوى قضائية في العام الماضي نيابة عن ناصر العولقي والد انور ادعت فيها ان قرار وكالة المخابرات المركزية بقتل العولقي دون مسوغ قضائي يعتبر منافيا للدستور.
وكان القاضي الذي نظر في الدعوى قد ابطلها، ولكنه قال إنها تثير قضايا دستورية مهمة.

تأهب بسلاح الجو الباكستاني تحسبا لهجمات أمريكية

لجينيات.. ذكرت صحيفة "هندوستان تايمز" أن باكستان وضعت سلاحها الجوي على الحدود مع أفغانستان في حالة التأهب بسبب احتمال توجيه الطائرات الأمريكية ضربات جوية إلى إقليم وزيرستان الباكستاني، انطلاقا من أفغانستان.

وكان المشاركون في الإجتماع العاجل الذي عقدته قيادة القوات المسلحة الباكستانية أمس الأحد تحت رئاسة الجنرال اشفق كياني رئيس أركان القوات البرية للوقوف على آخر التطورات، قد رفضوا شن عمليات حربية تحت الضغوط الأمريكية ضد شبكة "حقاني" في إقليم وزير ستان، حسبما ذكر موقع روسيا اليوم.

وقد تدهورت العلاقات بين الحكومة الباكستانية والإدارة الأمريكية، بسبب اتهام المسؤولين الأمريكان للحكومة الباكستانية بدعم شبكة "حقاني" التي تتهمها الولايات المتحدة بالوقوف وراء هجمات كابل التي حدثت خلال هذا الشهر.

وقد أثارت هذه الاتهامات استياء الحكومة الباكستانية، وعلق وزير الداخلية الباكستاني رحمن مالك عليها بتأكيد أن شبكة حقاني تعتبر فصيلا من حركة طالبان التي قامت الاستخبارات الأمريكية بتشكيلها منذ 20 سنة لمكافحة القوات السوفيتية في أفغانستان، وأشار إلى أن وكالة الاستخبارات المركزية هي التي قامت بتدريب مقاتلي شبكة حقاني التي ترابط حاليا في أفغانستان وليس في الأراضي الباكستانية، وقال محذرا :"إن باكستان لن تسمح بأي عدوان خارجي"، وأضاف "إن القوات المسلحة الباكستانية قادرة على الدفاع عن سيادة البلاد التي لن تتنازل أبدا عن حريتها".

وكانت الحكومة الباكستانية قد اتخذت قرارا بعودة وزيرة الخارجية الباكستانية هينا رباني خار من نيويورك وقطع مشاركتها في الدورة الـ 66 للجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة بسبب الإتهامات الأمريكية.

وقامت حركة طالبان في وقت سابق بنفي الادعاءات الأمريكية بوقوف تنظيم "حقاني" وراء هجمات كابل التي أعلنت مسؤوليتها عنها منذ اللحظة الأولى، وأكدت الحركة أن هذه ليست إلا ادعاءات لا أساس لها من الصحة متوعدة الاحتلال الأمريكي والقوات الموالية له بشن المزيد من الهجمات وإيقاع المزيد من الخسائر.

السؤال: يتداول مجتمع المثقفات والأكاديميات مناقشات حول مشاركة المرأة السياسية في المرحلة القادمة: ومن ذلك دخولها مجلس الشورى، مشاركتها في الانتخابات، ما رأي سماحتكم في هذه الطروحات؟

الجواب: أنا أحب أن أوجه رسالة صادقة إلى أخواتي المثقفات والأكاديميات آمل أن يعوها جيدا،
أخواتي: إن الله عز وجل حين بعث النبي -صلى الله عليه
وسلم- من العرب كاد له أعداء الله من اليهود والنصارى، مع علمهم بأنه سيبعث رسول في ذلك الزمان
وعلمهم باسمه وصفته كأنهم يرونه رأي العين،
يقول الله تعالى: (يَعْرِفُونَهُ كَمَا يَعْرِفُونَ أَبْنَاءَهُمْ) [سورة البقرة:146]،
ويقول سبحانه: (الَّذِينَ يَتَّبِعُونَ الرَّسُولَ النَّبِيَّ الْأُمِّيَّ الَّذِي يَجِدُونَهُ مَكْتُوبًا عِنْدَهُمْ فِي
التَّوْرَاةِ وَالْإِنْجِيلِ يَأْمُرُهُمْ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَيَنْهَاهُمْ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ وَيُحِلُّ لَهُمُ الطَّيِّبَاتِ وَيُحَرِّمُ عَلَيْهِمُ الْخَبَائِثَ
وَيَضَعُ عَنْهُمْ إِصْرَهُمْ وَالْأَغْلَالَ الَّتِي كَانَتْ عَلَيْهِمْ فَالَّذِينَ
آمَنُوا بِهِ وَعَزَّرُوهُ وَنَصَرُوهُ وَاتَّبَعُوا النُّورَ الَّذِي أُنْزِلَ مَعَهُ أُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ) [سورة الأعراف:157].
وعيسى عليه السلام بشر قومه ببعثة هذا النبي
الكريم --صلى الله عليه وسلم--: (وَمُبَشِّرًا بِرَسُولٍ يَأْتِي مِنْ بَعْدِي اسْمُهُ أَحْمَدُ) [سورة الصف:6]،
بل إنهم كانوا ينتظرونه، وكانوا يعرفون زمان خروجه
وصفته، إلا أنهم كانوا يتمنون أن يكون من بني إسرائيل،
فلما بعثه الله عز وجل وكان عربيا كفروا به (وَلَمَّا جَاءَهُمْ كِتَابٌ مِنْ عِنْدِ اللَّهِ مُصَدِّقٌ لِمَا مَعَهُمْ
وَكَانُوا مِنْ قَبْلُ يَسْتَفْتِحُونَ عَلَى الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا فَلَمَّا جَاءَهُمْ مَا عَرَفُوا كَفَرُوا بِهِ فَلَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ عَلَى الْكَافِرِينَ) [سورة البقرة:89].
فهم كفروا بنبينا -صلى الله عليه
وسلم- كبرا وحسدا، بل إن الأمر قد تعدى هذا إلى أن حسدوا أهل الإسلام على هذا الدين الحق، وهم يعلمون أنه حق،
ومع ذلك لم يسلكوه ويودون لو كفر به أهل الإسلام حسدا لهم،
يقول الله عز وجل: (وَدَّ كَثِيرٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ لَوْ يَرُدُّونَكُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ إِيمَانِكُمْ كُفَّارًا حَسَدًا مِنْ عِنْدِ أَنْفُسِهِمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا تَبَيَّنَ لَهُمُ الْحَقُّ)
[سورة البقرة:109].
وأيضا ازداد بغضهم وحسدهم على أهل الإسلام، حتى إنهم لا يتركون فرصة للنيل من الإسلام وأهله سواء بالأقوال البذيئة المؤذية
أوالأفعال من قتل وتخريب وغير ذلك، إلا انتهزوها وساروا فيها،
يقول الله عز وجل: (إِنْ يَثْقَفُوكُمْ يَكُونُوا لَكُمْ أَعْدَاءً وَيَبْسُطُوا إِلَيْكُمْ أَيْدِيَهُمْ وَأَلْسِنَتَهُمْ بِالسُّوءِ وَوَدُّوا لَوْ تَكْفُرُونَ) [سورة الممتحنة:2].

أخواتي، أنا هنا أخاطب نخبة مثقفة مسلمة واعية، وأنا على ثقة تامة بوعيها الديني وحرصها على دينها دين الإسلام والمحافظة عليه،
لذا فإني أقول إن مثل هذه المطالبات يجب أن يعاد النظر فيها، هل هي تخدم دين الإسلام؟
هل ستساعد على لحمة الأمة الإسلامية وتماسكها، هل ستؤدي إلى رفعة هذا الدين؛
أخواتي إن الأمر يجاوز مسألة تسجيل المواقف، أو انتهاز الفرص، أو حجز مقاعد، أو ما إلى ذلك مما نسمع ونقرأ.

إن الأمر أيها الأخوات ، استمرار لمكائد الأعداء ضد هذه الأمة، لن يألوا جهدا في إيصال الأذى إلينا،
لن يألوا جهدا في تفريق صفنا وتشتيت كلمتنا، لن يألوا جهدا في إيقاع الفتنة بيننا، وما يروجون له في هذه العصور المتأخرة
من حقوق المرأة كل هذا نوع من أنواع الكيد، وتعلمون أن النبي -صلى الله عليه
وسلم- يقول: "ما تركت بعدي فتنة هي أضر على الرجال من النساء"
[صحيح البخاري النكاح (5096)، صحيح مسلم الذكر والدعاء والتوبة والاستغفار (2740)].
وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "إن الدنيا حلوة خضرة وإن الله مستخلفكم فيها فينظر كيف تعملون، فاتقوا الدنيا،
واتقوا النساء، فإن أول فتنة بني إسرائيل كانت في النساء"
[صحيح مسلم الذكر والدعاء والتوبة والاستغفار (2742)، سنن الترمذي الفتن (2191)، سنن ابن ماجه الفتن (4000)، مسند أحمد (3/19)].
فأنا أحب من أخواتي أن يكن واعيات بصيرات بواقعهن، مدركات حجم المسؤولية عليهن،
وألا يفتحن على أهل الإسلام باب شر. نعم نحن نعاني من رجال ظلمة يسلبون نساءهم حقوقهن المشروعة،
فنرى البعض يحرمها من الميراث وآخرين يمنعون عنهن الأكفاء عندما يتقدمون لخطبتهن، وآخرون
يضربون زوجاتهم، وآخرون يعضلوهن، وآخرون وآخرون، نحن نعاني من ذلك ونحذر منه ونبين تحريمه،
ونطالب بتغيير هذا الواقع السيئ المهين البعيد عن الشرع.

لكني أكرر، يجب أن نقف جميعا يدا واحدة ضد مخططات الأعداء،
فالأمر أبعد بكثير من مشاركة المرأة في الشورى أو المساواة ونحو ذلك من الدعاوى،
الأمر يدور حول السعي لهدم الدين في معقله ومئرزه هذه البلاد الطاهرة التي شهدت بعثة النبي -صلى الله عليه وسلم- وظهور الدين،
وأخبر النبي --صلى الله عليه وسلم-- أن الإيمان يأرز إلى المدينة كما تأرز الحية إلى جحرها.

فالفطنة .. الفطنة ... والحذر .. الحذر أن يؤتى الإسلام من قبل أهله.
بـارك الله فيكن ونفع بكن الإسلام والمسلمين.

قائد عسكري يمني.. زنجبار لا تزال تحت سيطرة القاعدة

صنعاء / أكد قائد عسكري رفيع اليوم ( الثلاثاء) بان مدينة زنجبار عاصمة محافظة ابين جنوب اليمن لا تزال تحت سيطرة عناصر تنظيم القاعدة مشيرا الى ان الحديث عن تطهير مدينة زنجبار من أيدي عناصر تنظيم القاعدة، كما يروج له، غير صحيح وانه كلام فقط للاستغلال.

وقال القائد العسكري لوكالة أنباء (شينخوا) والذي يحمل رتبة عقيد ركن، وهو من القيادات المرموقة في قوات الجيش اليمني المرابط في ابين، بان الحديث عن استعادة السيطرة على مدينة زنجبار كلام مفرغ من الحقيقة وغير صحيح وان الحديث عن استعادة المدينة في الحقيقة ما هو الا مجرد كلام للاستغلال، وانه على الواقع لا تزال المدينة تحت السيطرة شبه الكاملة بأيدي عناصر تنظيم القاعدة.

وأشار القائد العسكري ، الذي طلب عدم ذكر اسمه ، بان ما تم استعادتها من مناطق في مدينة زنجبار لا يرتقي إلى مستوى التصريحات والحديث عنها ، كون المدينة لا تزال تحت سيطرة عناصر القاعدة وان قوات الجيش طهرت أجزاء بسيطة للغاية من المدينة من الجهة الشرقية وتمكنت فقط من فك الحصار على اللواء 25 ميكانيكي والذي كانت عناصر القاعدة تحاصره منذ أشهر.

ونوه المصدر بان مواجهات عنيفة وبشكل متقطع تدور بين قوات الجيش وعناصر القاعدة الذي لا يزالون يمسكون ويسيطرون على كامل المباني الحكومية داخل المدينة .

وكانت وزارة الدفاع اليمنية أعلنت قبل أسابيع استعادة قوات الجيش مدينة زنجبار من أيدي القاعدة .. فيما خرجت قيادات الجيش المنشقة تبارك الانتصار العظيم في استعادة زنجبار من أيدي القاعدة مؤكدة بان الوحدات العسكرية التابعة لها هي من حررت المدينة .

كما صدرت سيل من التصريحات للسياسيين لمباركة الانتصار في زنجبار ، في محاولة لكسب الموضوع بما يخدم أهدافهم السياسية.

وسيطرت عناصر تنظيم القاعدة على مدينة زنجبار في مايو الماضي مستغلة التدهور القائم في البلاد بسبب الاحتجاجات المطالبة بإسقاط النظام والتي اندلعت بداية فبراير الماضي.

اعتقال قيادي سعودي بقاعدة العراق يحمل جنسية عراقية مزورة .

أحالت السلطات العراقية القيادي في تنظيم القاعدة عبدالله رفيع الشمري السعودي الجنسية إلى المحاكمة بتهمة التورط في ارتكاب عمليات قتل وتفجير في محافظة نينوى.

وقال قائد لواء الرد السريع العميد الركن نافع العكيلي .."قامت قوة من لوائنا بملاحقة الشمري لمدة أسبوع وتمكنت من اعتقاله مساء السبت الماضي بعملية مداهمة، وهو من مواليد الرياض عام 1985، ودخل البلاد عام 2008 عن طريق سورية ويحمل هوية أحوال مدنية عراقية مزورة". وأضاف أن التحقيقات الأولية مع الشمري أدت إلى اعتقال مجموعة إرهابية تتألف من 12 عنصرا غالبيتهم من جنسيات عربية، دون أن يكشف أسماءهم أو جنسياتهم.

عاجل:جرحى في إنفجار سيارة مفخخة إستهدف بموكب وزير الدفاع اليمني بعدن

عدن ((عدن الغد )) خاص:

جرح مالا يقل عن 10 جنود من الجيش اليمني وصفت إصابة ثلاثة منهم بالخطيرة ظهر اليوم الثلاثاء اثر انفجار استهدف موكب لوزير الدفاع اليمني اللواء /محمد ناصر احمد كان في طريقه إلى قيادة المنطقة العسكرية الجنوبية.

قال شهود عيان لـ"عدن الغد" ان سيارة مفخخة انفجرت ظهر اليوم الثلاثاء على طول طريق واصلة إلى فندق سياحي ضخم يقع على شاطئ "الساحل الذهبي " بمديرية التواهي أثناء مرور موكب الوزير وبعد لحظات من خروجه من نفق القلوعة الواصل إلى الساحل الذهبي ((جولد مور)).

وقال احد المارة لـ"عدن الغد" ان إحدى السيارات في الموكب انفجرت وسط الموكب ليقوم لاحقاً ليدوي لاحقاً انفجار أخر يعتقد بأنه انتحاري فجر نفسه.

وحتى اللحظة لم تتوفر معلومات عن إصابة الوزير اليمني اوسلامته من الانفجار إلا ان مصادر مقربة منه قالت لـ"عدن الغد" ان الوزير لم يصب بأذى.

وكان الوزير ينوي اللقاء بقائد المنطقة العسكرية الجنوبية اللواء "مهدي مقولة" بمقر المنطقة العسكرية الجنوبية الذي يقع بحي الفتح بالتواهي

أعلن خادم الحرمين الشريفين السماح بمشاركة المرأة في مجلس الشورى والمجالس البلدية اعتبارا من الدورة القادمة والسماح لها بالانتخاب أيضا وذلك أثناء رعايته اليوم اللقاء السنوي للسنة الثالثة من الدورة الخامسة لمجلس الشورى.

وكان خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك عبدالله بن عبدالعزيز قد رعى اليوم اللقاء السنوي للسنة الثالثة من الدورة الخامسة لمجلس الشورى. وكان في استقبال الملك لدى وصوله إلى مقر المجلس الأمير سطام بن عبدالعزيز أمير منطقة الرياض بالنيابة ومعالي رئيس مجلس الشورى الشيخ الدكتور عبدالله بن محمد بن إبراهيم آل الشيخ. ثم عزف السلام الملكي.

إثر ذلك تشرف أصحاب المعالي نائب رئيس المجلس ومساعد الرئيس والأمين العام بالسلام على خادم الحرمين الشريفين. بعد ذلك صافح خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك عبدالله بن عبدالعزيز سماحة المفتي العام للمملكة رئيس هيئة كبار العلماء وإدارة البحوث العلمية والإفتاء الشيخ عبدالعزيز بن عبدالله آل الشيخ ومعالي رئيس المجلس الأعلى للقضاء الدكتور صالح بن عبدالله بن حميد وعدد من أصحاب الفضيلة العلماء والمشايخ. وبعد أن أخذ خادم الحرمين الشريفين مكانه في منصة القاعة الرئيسة للمجلس بدأ الحفل الخطابي المعد بهذه المناسبة بتلاوة آيات من القرآن الكريم.

قالت صحيفة “الوطن” الجزائرية الناطقة بالفرنسية أن ما سمي بمشروع ثورة 17 سبتمبر هو مجرد مخطط نسجت إرهاصاته و الخزعبلات التي نُشرت قبله وبعده في مقر رئاسة الجمهورية حتى بدون علم بوتفليقة نفسه.
وحسب الجريدة دائما، فإن الأطراف التي رتبت هذه المسرحية اضظرت إلى اللجوء إلى وكالة أمريكية للعلاقات العامة من أجل المشورة و تحديد التاريخ وكل ما يلزم لصناعة “فزاعة ثورة” تساهم في إجهاض أي ثورة حقيقية سيقوم بها الشعب الجزائري ضد سلطة المافيا.
يأتي هذا التقرير في وقت اشتدت فيه حدة الحرب الكلامية بين جريدة “النهار الجديد” التابعة لحذاء المخابرات المعروف أنيس رحماني، الذي تزعمت جريدته مع جرائد معربة أخرى كالشروق و الخبر حملة تصدي وهمية للثورة المزعومة، مع نسبتها إلى الصهيوني الفرنسي بغل ار هنري ليفي صديق الجنرالات الجزائريين. ويدير جريدة النهار الجديد العقيد محمد مقدم الذي هو في نفس الوقت مستشار إعلامي لدى بوتفليقة.

«Il s’agit d’une machination orchestrée en haut lieu par des proches du Président. Tout a été fait à son insu !» révèle une source proche de la présidence de la République.

L’appel lancé sur le réseau social facebook appelant à la révolte, le 17 septembre, contre le pouvoir en Algérie a suscité moult interrogations. Différentes hypothèses ont été avancées sans arriver à mettre la lumière sur cet étrange appel. Tous les ingrédients étaient réunis pour faire croire à un complot dirigé de l’étranger. Cependant, il s’agirait d’une savante manipulation cuisinée en très haut lieu, dont l’objectif est de désamorcer d’éventuelles révoltes en Algérie en les présentant automatiquement dans l’opinion comme un «complot étranger» ou sioniste. Selon notre source, un actuel conseiller à la présidence de la République a eu recours à un ancien limier du pouvoir pour mener une action des plus audacieuses.

Le spin doctor

Ce couple aurait fait appel aux services d’une grande agence américaine de communication et de lobbying dirigée par un spin doctor, connu dans le milieu des relations internationales. «La première rencontre a eu lieu à Paris en juin dernier, les deux hommes avaient exposé la problématique à l’expert en communication américain. Il a demandé un temps de réflexion», poursuit notre source. Quelques jours plus tard, le spin doctor aurait pris attache avec les initiateurs, ils se sont donné rendez-vous à Dubaï cette fois-ci. «L’expert a présenté trois plans d’action à ses clients, la campagne intitulée «Appel à la révolte le 17 septembre» a charmé nos deux hommes, pour cela l’expert américain a détaillé les raisons (signification et symbolique des dates) et les objectifs.

En parfait connaisseur, l’expert a su établir un diagnostic de la société algérienne, le profil des ciblés et les moyens d’y parvenir, le tout avec son implication directe auprès de certains acteurs politiques de la région pour d’éventuelles déclarations, afin d’étayer la thèse du complot, mais aussi avec la collaboration d’experts en informatique et réseaux pour effacer toute trace des adresses IP et de géolocalisation», explique notre source. Ce qui explique les déclarations du dirigent libyen du CNT : «Il y aura un révolte le 17 septembre, je pense !» Ou encore la déclaration d’un ministre marocain en réponse à la question de l’implication du Maroc dans cette affaire.

Selon une source à la direction Afrique du Nord-Moyen-Orient de facebook, cette page a été boostée : «Je pense que tout cela a été fait avec la collaboration de quelque technicien de notre plateforme, puisque le lien promotionnel de la page apparaissait systématiquement à tous nos adhérents DZ. Je peux vous confirmer qu’une transaction commerciale avec notre direction n’a pas été faite, néanmoins ce genre d’opération peut être réalisée ailleurs, notamment aux Etats-Unis à notre QG.» «D’après les analyses fournies par mes collègues, il y avait un flux anormal sur cette page, alors qu’il ne s’agit pas d’un lien commercial ; je pense que cela a été programmé ailleurs», confie notre source de facebook. Nous avons tenté d’obtenir officiellement des informations de la direction de facebook, mais il n’y a eu aucune réponse à nos appels incessants et emails.

Et des hackers

Pour revenir à la «campagne» du 17 septembre, les deux initiateurs auraient, selon toujours la même source à la Présidence, chapeauté un plan d’action interne, des hackers ont été engagés pour s’attaquer au site internet d’Al Jazeera, à sa page facebook. Des pseudo-internautes ont été aussi engagés dans cette opération, le tout relayé par une campagne effrénée dans la presse proche du pouvoir. Depuis le mois d’août, nous avons assisté à une campagne sans relâche contre Al Jazeera et le CNT libyen. Mais le philosophe français Bernard-Henri Lévy a été sans doute la cible de cette campagne basée sur le «complot sioniste». «Tout le monde a été mené en bateau, même le DRS aurait été trompé dans cette histoire dirigée en catimini. Des réunions intenses au sommet ont eu lieu dans toutes les directions des services de sécurité pour parer à d’éventuels dérapages ou mouvements de foules. Aucun responsable politique ou sécuritaire n’a été mis au courant de cette opération», atteste notre source.

Pourquoi a-t-on joué avec le feu et mis en danger la sécurité nationale ? «Le plan d’action livré par le spin doctor avait toutes les chances d’aboutir, puisque la stratégie repose sur la haine du juif et des sionistes, vous savez ce que cela signifie chez nous. Les médias et les appendices du pouvoir ont dopé à coups d’articles antisémites les Algériens, jusqu’à rejeter cet appel puis il y a eu la contre-révolte sur les réseaux sociaux, la presse et même dans les discussions de rue», analyse notre source. Les services de sécurité, tous corps confondus, ont alors traqué des internautes comme ceux de Djelfa ou de Belle-Vue à El Harrach. D’autres convocations et interpellations ont eu lieu un peu partout sur le territoire national. L’opération réussie, une fête aurait été organisée dans une villa sur les hauteurs d’Alger… La main de l’étranger s’avère bien de chez nous !

US drone kills 11 in south Somalia

A US drone has fired missiles in southern districts of Somalia killing at least eleven people and injuring dozens of others, Press TV reported.

The attack took place early Friday morning near Taabto and Qooqani districts and wounded at least 27 people.

The assault hit a large number of livestocks near Qooqani district.

Many people, especially women and children, reportedly fled their homes over fear of further attacks.

Somali government officials in the capital Mogodishu said they were unaware of the attack and civilian casualties.

Somalia is among countries where the US military has used the remote-controlled aircraft to conduct deadly airstrikes.

The United States has used the unmanned aircraft also in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Libya, Iraq, and Yemen.

Somalia has been without a functioning government since 1991, when warlords overthrew former dictator Mohamed Siad Barre.

The Horn of African country has been paralyzed by violence caused by the battle between al-Shabab fighters and government troops that are backed by African Union forces.

المشتبه به الرئيسي لتفجير مقهى بمراكش ينفي تورطه في الهجوم

سلا- (رويترز): نفى المشتبه به الرئيسي في عملية تفجير مقهى بمراكش في أبريل نيسان الماضي والتي أسفرت عن مقتل 17 شخصا أغلبهم من السياح الفرنسيين ضلوعه في الهجوم.
وقال المشتبه به أمام هيئة المحكمة المختصة بقضايا الإرهاب بمدينة سلا قرب الرباط الخميس إنه اعترف أمام الشرطة بتفجير المقهى تحت ضغط التعذيب والتهديد بالإغتصاب.

ومثل عادل العثماني (26 عاما) الذي تشتبه السلطات بأنه منفذ تفجير مقهى أركانة بمراكش أمام هيئة المحكمة المكونة من ثلاثة قضاة بحضور عائلات الضحايا الفرنسيين ودفاعهم المكون من محامين فرنسيين وكذلك عدد من المحامين المغاربة وحضور إعلامي مكثف.

وقال العثماني الذي بدا نحيلا بلباس رياضي للقاضي محمد بن شقرون "لا علاقة لي بالتفجير لم أفهم شيئا في هذا الملف".

وأَضاف العثماني الذي كان يشتغل بائعا للأحذية المستعملة في مدينة آسفي التي تبعد بنحو 189 كيلومترا عن مدينة مراكش "لم أزر في حياتي مراكش حتى وقت إعادة تمثيل الجريمة".

وقال إنه اقتيد إلى مدينة مراكش وتلقى تعليمات بكيفية إعادة تمثيل الجريمة ليلا ليعيد "ما لقن له أمام الصحافة والجمهور في الغد".

وعن سفره إلى عدد من الدول على رأسها البرتغال وتركيا وسوريا وليبيا التي رحل منها إلى المغرب قال إن غرضه لم يكن الجهاد بل الهجرة غير الشرعية "لقد كنت ضحية نصاب وعدني بتهجيري إلى الديار الأوروبية أخذ مالي وجواز سفري".

ونفى أن يكون تعلم صنع قتبلة عن طريق مواقع جهادية في الأنترنت كما أعلنت السلطات أثناء إعتقاله وقال إنه لا يستعمل "الأنترنت إلا لسماع الموسيقى".

وكان في بداية الجلسة قد صاح من قفص الإتهام بأنه برئ وأن الملف "مفبرك" لينهره القاضي مهددا إياه بمحاكمة غيابية.

وتقدم دفاعه بالدفع بأن الملف شابته العديد من الخروق كتمديد مدة الإعتقال الإحتياطي وأن الإعترافات أنتزعت تحت الضغط والتعذيب وأنهم لم يطلعوا على المحاضر.

وردت النيابة العامة على الدفاع بأنه لم تكن هناك أي خروق سواء بالنسبة للمحاضر أو التحقيق أو تمديد الحراسة النظرية.

وقال العثماني "طلبوا مني أن أوقع وهددوني بالإغتصاب كما نزعوا ملابسي وصبوا علي الماء البارد".

ومن جهته قال رومان سمبري أخ مود سمبري(39 عاما) التي قضت في تفجير مقهى أركانة لرويترز "لا أريد شيئا سوى أن يأخذ الفاعل جزاءه لتستطيع عائلات الضحايا أن تعيش بسلام وتتجاوز الماضي".

وقال إن أخته تركت طفلين من أبوين مختلفين بموت أمهما تفرقا ولم يعودا يعيشان معا. وأضاف "لا أحمل في قلبي سوى الحب والسلام والتسامح هذا إجرام ويمكن أن يقع في أي مكان في العالم".

وحضر عدد كبير من عائلات الضحايا بعضهم بلباس الحداد الأسود كما رفع بعضهم صور الضحايا في تأثر شديد. وكانت هذه التفجيرات خلفت 14 ضحية فرنسية وثلاث مغاربة بالإضافة إلى 20 جريحا.

وأقر وزير السياحة المغربي في الآونة الأخيرة بأن تفجيرات مقهى أركانة أثرت بشكل طفيف على السياحة. وأجل القاضي المحاكمة للأسبوع المقبل.

واشنطن : قام مواطن أمريكي بمقاضاة سلسلة مقاهي "ستارباكس" لأن ابنته البالغة من العمر خمسة أعوام وجدت كاميرا مخبأة في مراحيض أحد المقاهي التابعة للسلسلة بواشنطن.واتهم وليام يوكي "28 عاما" السلسلة التي تتخذ من مدينة سياتل مقرا لها بانتهاك الحياة الخاصة .
وقال يوكي لمحطة "أيه بي سي نيو" التليفزيونية الأمريكية إن الأمر مهين ، مشيرا إلى أن شريطا لابنته كان يمكن أن "ينشر على الإنترنت" ولذا رفع دعوى قضائية وطالب سلسلة المقاهي بتعويض بقيمة ثلاثة ملايين دولار.

¶1. (C) Summary: PAO met 10/19 with Al Jazeera Managing
Director Wadah Khanfar to discuss the latest DIA report on Al
Jazeera and disturbing Al Jazeera website content. Khanfar is
preparing a written response to the DIA points from July,
August and September which should be available during the
coming week. Khanfar said the most recent website piece of
concern to the USG has been toned down and that he would have
it removed over the subsequent two or three days. End
summary.

¶2. (C) Per Ref A, PAO gave Khanfar a hard copy of DIA's
unclassified snippets from July, August and September.

Khanfar said he had recently received hard copies of the July
and August snippets via the MFA and was in the process of
preparing a written response to them. He said he would
include September's points in the report and pass it to PAO
during the course of the coming week. "We need to fix the
method of how we receive these reports," said Khanfar, noting
that he had found one of them (presumably sent from the MFA)
"on the fax machine."

¶3. (C) PAO told Khanfar that despite an overall decrease in
negative coverage since February, the month of September
showed a worrying increase in such programming over the
previous month. She summarized the latest USG reporting on Al
Jazeera by noting that problems still remain with
double-sourcing in Iraq; identifying sources; use of
inflammatory language; a failure to balance of extremist
views; and the use of terrorist tapes.

¶4. (C) Having had an opportunity to review the July and
August reports, Khanfar said he had several observations to
make. On a semantic level, he objected to the use of the word
"agreement" as used in the August report on the first page,
under the heading "Violence in Iraq", where a sentence reads:
"In violation of the station's agreement several months ago
with US officials etc". "The agreement was that it was a
non-paper," said Khanfar. "As a news organization, we cannot
sign agreements of this nature, and to have it here like this
in writing is of concern to us."

¶5. (C) He then said that broadly, the reports' points fell
into three categories. "Some are simple mistakes which we
accept and address," he said. In the second category, he
said, are points that are taken in isolation and out of
context by the USG report. "This report takes bits and pieces
from a whole thing and does not give the context," he said,
noting that in some instances during the AJ broadcasting day,
a comment made or position taken by one person may be
balanced with a different comment or position later in the
same show or later on during the same day. Since Al Jazeera
is live 24 hours a day, seven days a week, it is not always
possible to provide needed balance at the moment itself, he
said. The report, he said, fails to note where balance was
achieved in the following news hour, for example, or later on
the same day. Thirdly, said Khanfar, there are points on
which resolution does not seem possible, such as the use of
terrorist tapes. "We have always said that we are going to
use these tapes and we will continue to use them. The
question is how. None of the tapes are used just like that,"
he said, meaning that they are reviewed for newsworthiness
and are edited. Concerning the use of inflammatory language,
Khanfar said the station's concern is with the language used
by its own reporters and anchors. No station staff member is
permitted to use loaded vocabulary. The reports' focus on
inflammatory language is on that used by non-Al Jazeera
interviewees, he pointed out. "How can I control what these
people say? I can only control Al Jazeera staff. All we can
do is try to balance what these people say in other parts of
the program," he said.

¶6. (C) Commenting on the reports overall, he said they lacked
balance in that they only focus on the negative. "A report
like this should have both sides," he said. "It does not
report the voice we have given to American spokespeople over
the recent past," he said. "We do not always find a military
spokesman, for example, but we are trying our best, and we
have some success. This is not mentioned." Speaking of Al
Jazeera's coverage of the Iraqi referendum, he said the
station provided 12 hours of continuous coverage, which
featured voices from all those vested in the process --
Kurds, Shia, Sunni, Americans, Britons and others. "I would
really like to see that in next month's report," he said.
Khanfar repeated that he would respond in more detail to all
three reports over the coming days and pass the response to
PAO.

Troublesome website material

¶7. (C) PAO raised the question of an Al Jazeera website piece
published in the last week, listed under the heading "Special
Coverage", and containing "Live Testimony Concerning Tal
Afar". The site opens to an image of bloody sheets of paper
riddled with bullet holes. Viewers click on the bullet holes
to access testimony from ten alleged "eye witnesses" who
described recent military operations in Tal Afar.

¶8. (C) Khanfar said that, in accordance with an earlier
promise to PAO (Ref B), he had taken a look at the piece and
had two images removed (two injured children in hospital
beds, and a woman with serious facial injury). PAO pointed
out that the testimony of a "doctor" in the piece also
implied that poison gas had been used on residents of Tal
Afar and that the appearance of the piece, in particular the
bloody bullet hole icons, came across as inflammatory and
journalistically questionable. Khanfar appeared to repress a
sigh but said he would have the piece removed. "Not
immediately, because that would be talked about, but over two
or three days," he said.

¶9. (C) He said he had told the website staff that in future,
when they want to add an item to the "Special Coverage"
section of the website, they should send a draft of the idea
over to his office. (Note: The AJ website is located in a
separate building across town. End note.) He noted that until
two or three months ago, the website staff had enjoyed much
more autonomy. Now, however, website director Abdel Aziz Al
Mahmoud attends the weekly editorial meetings at the TV
channel offices, and the website staff is being pulled under
the umbrella of the same editorial standards as the TV
channel. "I don't say that such things are not going to be
repeated on the website, but it is a learning process," said
Khanfar.

أوغلو يعلن التحالف مع مصر لبناء "محور ديمقراطية" بالشرق الاوسط

قال داود أوغلو وزير الخارجية التركي إن بلاده ستتحالف مع مصر، أقوى دولتين من الناحية العسكرية والكثافة السكانية والتأثير فى المنطقة، لقيام شراكة بين البلدين وخلق "محور ديمقراطية" جديد للقوى في الشرق الاوسط فى وقت يتضاءل فيه التأثير الامريكى في المنطقة، مؤكدا أن تركيا تريد مصر دولة "قوية جدا" من أجل توازن القوى الاقليمي.

ونقلت صحيفة نيويورك تايمز الامريكية الاثنين عن أوغلو قوله "إن ذلك هو مانرغب فيه.. ولن يكون محورا ضد اى دولة أخرى أو ضد اسرائيل أو ايران .. ولكنه سيكون محور الديمقراطية الحقيقية.. وسيكون محور الديمقراطية لاكبر دولتين فى المنطقة من الشمال الى الجنوب.. من البحر الاسود نزولا الى وادى النيل فى السودان".

وتوقع أن تزيد استثمارات تركيا في مصر من 5,1 مليار دولار الى خمسة مليارات خلال العامين المقبلين وأن تزيد المبادلات التجارية من 5,3 الى خمسة مليارات دولار قبل نهاية عام 2012 والى 10 مليار دولار في العام 2015، وأضاف أن رجال الاعمال الذين رافقوا رجب طيب أردوغان رئيس الوزراء خلال زيارته إلى مصر في الاسبوع الماضي، وقعوا عقودا بقيمة اجمالية تصل الى مليار دولار وقعت خلال يوم واحد في مصر، مضيفا أنه من أجل توازن القوى الاقليمي اننا نريد مصر دولة قوية -- قوية جدا.

وذكرت الصحيفة، فى تقرير على موقعها الالكترونى، أن تركيا عرضت الاحد رؤية لاعادة ترتيب منطقة الشرق الاوسط سقطت فيها تحالفات تركيا السابقة مع سوريا واسرائيل الى عزلة أكبر واذدهر فيها تحالف مع مصر، مما يؤكد ان نظاما جديدا فى منطقة تموج بالثورات قد قام، وتابعت الصحيفة أن ذلك المشهد وصفه وزير الخارجية التركى فى حديث مطول مع الصحيفة قبل توجهه إلى نيويورك التى يتوقع أن يحتدم فيها الجدل الاسبوع الحالى حول مسعى الفلسطينيين للاعتراف بدولتهم.

وأشارت الصحيفة الى أن أوغلو الذى ينظر العديد اليه كمهندس السياسة الخارجية التى جعلت تركيا أحد أكثر اللاعبين ذوى الصلة فى العالم الاسلامى، اتهم الرئيس السورى بالكذب عليه بعد أن عرض مسئولون اتراك على حكومته "فرصة أخيرة" لانقاذ السلطة من خلال وقف قمعها الوحشى على المعارضة.

وأضاف أن تركيا تعمل على حل جميع مشاكلها مع دول الجوار ضمن شعار لا مشاكل في علاقات تركيا مع دول الجوار.
