An anti-government local source told Arabi Press website that leaders of “al-Nusra Front” in Raqqa accused members of the “Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant” (ISIL) of abducting and killing a number of its commanders. Also, al-Nusra put the blame for the deteriorated security status in Raqqa on the “ISIL”. Al-Nusra blamed “ISIL” for the security chaos that is affecting the city which “ISIL” has declared as an “Islamic Emirate” of its own.
“There is no justification for the abductions that were carried out in the city”, the source added.
The source said that “ISIL” must be held accountable for all of these operations describing them as “heinous”. Many of “al-Nusra” commanders were kidnapped by “ISIL” and killed in a later time. One of these operations was kidnapping ‘Abu Saad al-Hadrami’, the Emir of “al-Nusra” along with a number of his fighter; other abductions included Omana al-Raqqa brigade’s leader, the leader of Battalion 313, the head of the Local Council, Abdullah Khalil. Also, “ISIL” killed Abu Hamzeh, the commander of the Special Missions Battalion and Abu al-Zein, the leader of Ahfad al-Rasoul Brigade.
According to the statement, “al-Nusra” has warned “ISIL” against attacking its leaders, stressing that it will not stand idle towards any act of such kind.
Raqqa has witnessed several clashes between “ISIL” and battalions of “al-Nusra and Free Army” after disputes over influence and control.

قال مصدر محلي معارض لموقع عربي برس أن قيادات من "جبهة النصرة" في الرقة وجهت اتهامات لعناصر تنظيم "الدولة الإسلامية في الشام والعراق" باختطاف وتصفية عدد من قادتها واستياء الوضع الأمني في المحافظة، محملة إياها مسؤولية الفوضى الأمنية الحاصلة في المدينة التي أعلنتها "داعش" إمارة إسلامية.
وأضاف المصدر "بأنه ليس هناك أي مبرر شرعي لعمليات الخطف والمدينة التي تمت بالمدينة".
وحمَّل المصدر "دولة الإسلام في العراق والشام مسؤولية كل هذه العمليات" واصفاً إياها بـ "الشنيعة". وكان عدة قادة من "النصرة" قد تم اختطافهم من قبل عناصر "داعش" وتم تصفيتهم، ومن العمليات التي تم تنفيذها اختطاف "أبو سعد الحضرمي" وهو أمير "النصرة" ومرافقيه، واختطاف قائد لواء أمناء الرقة، وقائد الكتيبة 313، ورئيس المجلس المحلي عبدالله الخليل، وتصفية أبو حمزة قائد كتيبة المهام الخاصة، وأبو الزين قائد لواء أحفاد الرسول . هذا وحذرت "النصرة" وفق البيان "داعش" من مغبة التعرض لقياداتها، مؤكدة أنها لن تقف مكتوفة الأيدي تجاه أي تصرف من هذا القبيل. وكانت الرقة قد شهدت اشتباكات عديدة بين " داعش" وكتائب من "النصرة والحر" إثر خلافات على النفوذ والسيطرة .
